The location is excellent—right by the motorway, yet still...
The location is excellent—right by the motorway, yet still quiet if your room faces the opposite side. What really stands out is the direct access to a beautiful forest path leading along the river. The trail is well-maintained, peaceful, and shaded, making it ideal for relaxing walks, jogging, or spending time in nature with a dog. It’s a great spot to unwind and enjoy the surroundings, and an ideal place to stop over during a long journey—we always stay here when passing through.
The staff at the reception are friendly and helpful. The décor is pleasant, and the rooms are quite clean. The food in the restaurant is average, but there is enough variety to ensure you can always find something that suits your taste. However, the mattresses are rather old and could use upgrading.

We chose this accommodation for our 5-day motorbike tour of Austria, Slovenia and Italy, and I have to say, I didn't regret it at all. Perfect location if you want to motorbike, hike or cycle around the Alps. The hosts are super kind, the rooms are nicely renovated, a clean room awaited us every day. I can highly recommend it, I would be happy to come back again.

Hotel is modernized, room was spacious and clean, staff was helpful, breakfast was tasty, noise from the highway did not disturb us because the windows of the room were facing the forest.
