Everything was perfect: clean room, tasty breakfasts (pefect coffee:) ). Hotel is situated in a very peaceful and silent area. Everything what you need is close (shops, restaurants, pools, amazing lake). The view that we had from the balcony was amazing. Price per night is very good. And now the best part of our stay: The Owners of the hotel are the kindest people in the world, smiley, helpful and talkative. We felt very good in this place and recommend everyone to choose it. We hope to come back soon.

Beautiful guesthouse, spotlessly clean and comfortable, hospitable, accommodating and helpful hosts, family-friendly, fabulous views, great breakfast, lots of games for family in the evenings, great ski cellar to drive your gear, games/toy room brilliant for kids as well as friendly cats and outdoor trampoline etc

Right in the centre of Westendorf but not noisy. Very clean throughout and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice, there was free parking and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

Great location near the slopes, really friendly staff, very clean room with terrace view, good breakfast, convenient storage for skis and boots, silent and clean spa with sauna and Turkish bath. In addition, the atmosphere during New Years period in Westendorf is lovely. I would definitely come back!

Everything was wonderful. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially Daniela. The bed was very comfortable and everything was new and modern after a complete renovation. Lovely pool and wellness area. Highly recommend.

It’s a great location,, 2 minutes walk from the village, room was lovely it was nice and warm Breakfast was great and plenty of food,, lovely hot shower, beautiful owners,, I would highly recommend it, first year staying out of 10 years but will be staying again

Hotel: Generally clean, spacious and well heated with a large bar in the reception area. There is a lounge area with comfortable seating where you can relax and it turns into a family area in the evenings with different activities (disco/bingo/etc etc). This was really comfortable and was never crowded. Rooms: The room we had was an apartment with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, separate toilet and a private sauna. I think this was one of the larger apartments. It was clean and tidy and child friendly. Staff: The staff were all friendly and helpful. Kids club: This was really excellent. The kids club had professional staff and was like a nursery on site. Each evening around 530pm the staff would all march out of kids club with a line of children to meet Mr Happy the mascot and sing and dance in the reception area which all the kids clearly loved. Kids activities: The hotel is all about kids. There is a large soft play/games area with a slide and climbing wall upstairs (this is separate and additional to the kids club downstairs which is itself large). There is an ice rink outside directly opposite the hotel (30 seconds walk) with an outdoor play area and just next to that there is a ski training area with a flat conveyor belt ski lift. Swimming pool: The pool is great for families. There is a small baby pool and a larger pool. There is a little gated baby area and the pool was generally warm. The area has a family feel/atmosphere and there are floaty things and toys for kids to play with. The floor was a bit slippery. Food: The food was great. I was surprised to see some negative reviews about the choice on offer. We thought the food was excellent in both quality and choice. Each day for breakfast and dinner you get the same family table. I really enjoy staying in this hotel, the staff was amazing, you could see they were really busy, but still very friendly and on top of things, the hotel is really nice and restaurant is great. Really recommend, 10/10

Modern, clean and good quality

The staff were extremely friendly and the food was excellent. The location is great, with free parking available. I especially loved the SPA area — not every hotel has a steam bath! There’s also a sauna, snow room, infrared room and a beautiful lounge to relax in including tea & snacks. There’s plenty to do in the immediate surroundings. Kitzbühel is close by, and you can ski, hike or simply take the cable car and enjoy the scenery.

Loved this hotel. Wonderful staff and food, fabulous wellness area, centrally located and close to both the bus stops for Worgl and Kitzbühel, as well as a short walk to the train station.

A truly exceptional and enjoyable accommodation experience! The place offers a peaceful, homey atmosphere that allows you to relax completely. The breakfast is excellent, and the hosts are incredibly friendly and service-oriented. The rooms are kept impeccably clean, with daily housekeeping service making sure everything is tidy and well-maintained. The location is perfect - just a 10-minute drive to Skivelt ski resort and close to Kitski and surrounding areas. Set in a pastoral area, this place is a real gem. The serene environment combined with the attentive service makes it an outstanding choice. I highly recommend staying here!

All good, nice place , walking distance to the Ski lift, good breakfast , and close to the city for evening dinner. You can buy skipasses at the reception. All good !!!

The hotel was very comfortable, clean and had a great breakfast

The hotel is a really nice family hotel, with attentive owners. She even spook Dutch to me and they really tried to fulfill my diet wishes. The half pension cooking is also great (contrary to what others say). Very tasteful and better than the regular skiresort food. We had a large room with views over the valley. The hotel is conveniently located between the lifts of the skiing areas of Kitzbuhel (great!), Westendorf/Brixen (nice) and Brixen/Söll etc. (okay for beginners).

A very hospitable hotel, even though it is a large hotel, it emphasizes a personal touch, making you feel at home. There is a ski bus very close to the hotel, which will take you to the Gondola of Ski-Welt arena within 5 minutes. Excellent breakfast and dinner.
