We had a 3 bedroom apartment with kitchen and living room. It was very conveniently situated and the view was fantastic. Very quiet. We were given a Summer Card which saved us about 120 Euro per person for the 8 days for going to attractions

I enjoyed very much the coziness and the friendliness of the owner. It is great value for money.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel during our winter break! The food was delicious, the views from our window were absolutely stunning, and the overall experience was amazing. We highly recommend it and will definitely be coming back in the summer!

Wonderful stay with home atmosphere, nice and kind staff,the best breakfast I have ever had with a great choice of fruit, vegetables,cheese, ham, eggs and everything, including local specialities. Rooms are big with balcony, clean and cosy. Hotel has a strategic position in the center close to ski slopes but also to the shopping possibilities. We will come back in summer ideal place for vacation.

Beatiful spacious room with lovely views. Great bathroom and comfy bed. A family run hotel and everyone was really friendly. The food and menu were absolutely superb. We had dinner here every night. Great place to stay. We had a car, so it was easy to get around the region.

Hotel is located very close to ski lift (6-7 minutes by foot or just 2 minutes by local village bus which goes every 15 minutes), they provide rich breakfast with real Italian coffee, sauna and infrared cabin is included in accommodation rate which gives full relaxation after skiing. Modern and stylish design of the rooms and hotel in light colours with bright accents let to feel energised and powerful. Helpful and charming personnel ready to assist with every quest requests. Highly recommended to visit and feel Austrian hospitality.

Location was amazing. I liked that they have bikes, the swimming pools were nice. Bed and bedding was lovely. Bathroom was nice. View was lovely.

It was the most friendly hotel I ever stayed! The staff was bery warming and the facilities where stellar! It’s the perfect place for those who want a more in-country experience of Austria.

Zur Post is a quiet and comfort spot and has a very good sauna and relaxation space

Landhotel Steindlwirt is an original hotel in the center of Dorfgastein, excellently situated within walking distance (350m) from the ski lift and with a ski bus stop just 30m from the hotel door. All nearby restaurants are accessible within a minute's walk. Next to the hotel, there is hotel’s parking. The hotel is family-run, and the family is incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. We appreciate them providing headache medication when the pharmacy was closed and offering a late check-out upon departure. The hotel is equipped with a Finnish sauna, steam room, and infrared sauna, all included for hotel guests in the stay's price. The rooms are comfortable, adequately sized, each with a balcony, and bathroom with a shower and toilet. Breakfast is served in the hotel restaurant, offering a sufficient selection of food, including ham, salami, cheeses, boiled eggs, bread, coffee, tea, juice, jams, Nutella, sweet pastries, and fruit. The food selection is decent, and the taste is good.

An absolute perfection of a hotel!!! Family run with so much love and pride! No idea where to begin… our room, or more to say: an apartment, was beautifully positioned overlooking the Dorfgastein valley. It was so comfortable in every way. We spent Christmas here and it was magical! The hotel organised a celebration with singing carols and champagne on Christmas Eve. Gifts too! Felt like being part of the family. We met so many people at the party, many of them come visit every year. Spa area was exquisite!!! I can talk about it until tomorrow, it was a dream! Thank you for such an amazing stay, can’t wait to be back♥️

Atmosphere, die Verbindung mit dem See und mit der Natur. Das Personal und die Familie sind sehr Gastfreundlich und höflich. Die Qualität IST TOP, sehr hoch, aber alles. Von Bademantel, Handücher, Sevice, Essen bis zum Hausgemachten Schnaps.

Excellent family run hotel on the Alpe Adria Cycleway. We were shown where to store our bicycle. Room was lovely. We ate at the hotel - the food was excellent. I would go again just to eat! Dinner was exceptional.
