Beautiful guesthouse, spotlessly clean and comfortable, hospitable, accommodating and helpful hosts, family-friendly, fabulous views, great breakfast, lots of games for family in the evenings, great ski cellar to drive your gear, games/toy room brilliant for kids as well as friendly cats and outdoor trampoline etc

The staff was very friendly an the location is perfect

I really enjoy staying in this hotel, the staff was amazing, you could see they were really busy, but still very friendly and on top of things, the hotel is really nice and restaurant is great. Really recommend, 10/10

Incredible value, lots of outdoor space with beautiful views, spa tub, loungers, copious, breakfast, great fresh fruit salad, invested and interactive hosts. Very comfortable beds, pillows, super clean. Very much a family business and they work tirelessly to look after guests. Kirchberg appealed to us more than busy Kitzbuhel and we luckily coincided with their annual flower parade and evening fest 15 August, fun

Excellent value for money, clean room, modern bathroom. Good breakfast.

The hotel rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. The buffet breakfast and dinner is very delicious with lots of varieties. We would love to come back.

Great staff, lovely spa, excellent breakfast and great location (walking distance from train station, 2-3 mins walk from shops and bars)

Extremely friendly staff and very clean

Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Quaint town.

Exceptional! We really enjoyed our stay here! Rooms are spacious, clean and have a very good bed! Spa and pool facilities and quiet, clean and have all and more that you need to relax. We didn’t have time for yoga classes but they have them too! Food: all compliments to the chef! Bar offers very good choice of drinks , even cocktails . Mini bus is organized to take you to the slopes every morning and afternoon at certain times.

Modern, clean and good quality

Fabulous facilities and apartment. Comfortable and Clean and within easy reach of many things to do around the area.

Great location near the slopes, really friendly staff, very clean room with terrace view, good breakfast, convenient storage for skis and boots, silent and clean spa with sauna and Turkish bath. In addition, the atmosphere during New Years period in Westendorf is lovely. I would definitely come back!

Breakfast was a treat and gave us a local taste! The room was luxurious and clean. The attention to small detail made it extra welcoming.

A very hospitable hotel, even though it is a large hotel, it emphasizes a personal touch, making you feel at home. There is a ski bus very close to the hotel, which will take you to the Gondola of Ski-Welt arena within 5 minutes. Excellent breakfast and dinner.

Its a 20 minute walk to the nearest cable car but there is a close bus station Food was good and offered vegetarian options, not sure if they would be able to provide vegan options Spa area was nice, slightly old fashioned but facilities were clean and satisfactory

My room was truly spacious, I loved a little balcony, the view of the Hohe Salve peak. Breakfast was served bright and early to give you an early start on the slopes. And I loved the local organic juices and bread. Ski bus is stopping directly outside the hotel. Train stop circa 50m further.

Sehr schönes Zimmer mit Balkon, tolle Auswahl beim Frühstück und freundliches Personal

The rooms were comfortable and clean with large balconies. Breakfast was great and the staff was very helpful.

Good service for the money. Meal is good, hotel is cozy, well located, has contract with skie rental. Really like the option just left a ski staff in ski room at the end of the rental, no need to return by yourself.

Wonderful room view , great location and helpful staff

The hotel was great, the staff really friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. Good location with nice views towards the town.
