Service was above any expectations, the hotel is actually operated by the owner family who are very friendly and helpful. Rooms were cousy and well equipped. SPA area clean covenient and not crowded. Everything and everywhere was very clean and well maintained. Food was very good especially dinner. We liked the stay a lot and would easily recommend to anyone wanting to stay in an authentic Austrian hotel.

Very nice, cozy and family hotel. It is easy to get to the ski lift, ski buses stop near the hotel. You can ski back almost to the hotel. There is a private free parking. Very good room for storing skis and boots! Here you put on warm boots every morning, and everyone knows how wonderful it is! Very good, tasty and varied food! We had half board and we were very pleased! Our best recommendations! Come, you will not regret it!

We were met on arrival and were handed the keys, shown to our room and advised of check in procedures. The apartment was clean, had good kitchen facilities and was equipped with a good heating system. Wifi was also great. Beds were super comfortable.
