The staff were wonderful, especially Elena who made our stay very special. She was very patient and helpful with all of our requests. She even arranged a table for our dinner on the lovely terrace in front of the hotel so that we could eat outside on a beautiful evening. The room was very large, clean and comfortable with a roomy balcony. The breakfast and dinner were superb! My wife loved the wellness center - sauna, steam room and relaxation area.

The staff were really nice and helpful. The hotel has been recently renovated to a high standard. The ski bus is a short 4 minute walk from the hotel. There is a separate entrance for ski storage, and drying room. A passenger lift that services each level. Breakfast served daily. If staying in Flirsch there are 2 restaurants within walking distance, otherwise you can take the bus to St Anton for 4 euros each way which we found easy to navigate.

Breakfast was exceptional Owner is very friendly and kind. He loves his job Dinner menu was fantastic. Much much better than anticipated Pettneu much more picturesque than st anton. No need to stay at st anton. Every 15 min free bus to st anton ( bus stop was 30 m away from the hotel in pettneu)

The owners were very friendly and they let us leave our car for 3 days when we went on a 3 day hut hike. We only stayed there for 1 night but it was exactly perfect for us. Breakfast was really nice as well.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel during my ski trip. The hosts are incredibly warm and welcoming, always attentive and genuinely caring, which made the whole experience feel personal and relaxed after long days on the slopes. The food was absolutely outstanding — easily one of the highlights of the stay. Every meal was beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and clearly made with great care. I would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone planning a ski holiday.

Flirsch is a convenient base for skiing the St Anton area.

Flirsch is a convenient base for skiing the St Anton area. The property is a 3 min walk with skis to the bus stop. A far more reasonably priced option than St Anton. There are no shops in Flirsch so supermarket shopping is either in St Anton or Landeck both serviced by either the ski bus or a local bus. Although there is a smaller supermarket in Pettenau where there is also a ski shop called Miet.com which again has far more reasonable equipment prices. The apartment owner gave us a voucher to leave our skis in the lockers at Intersport close to Terminal West in St Anton which was very convenient. Excellent.

The room was large and comfortable, especially the bed. There were two chairs in the room which made it nice to sit and read. The wardrobe had lots of storage. There was excellent lighting in the room. The hotel is charming and there was sufficient parking too. The breakfast was substantial too. We were also very happy they allowed our labradoodle to stay with us in the room. Very kind!
