Very well maintained guesthouse with good price/quality ratio. Breakfast and dinner are quite basic, but good for this price, nothing to complain about. We have enjoyed our stay.

The staff were so nice! The daughter of the owner was absolutely lovely and told us about the best ski resorts! Would recommend.

Lovely apartments right by the ski bus, shops, bars etc. Everything we needed for our week, and staff really helpful too. Nearest supermarket was a couple of minutes' walk away. Each bedroom had an ensuite, and also a balcony - the living room had a balcony too.

The owners are incredibly nice and friendly. The hotel is next to a bus stop and is well connected to surrounding areas. Included in tbe prices, you also get a Stubai super card, which gives you free access to cable cars and bus rides and many other facilities. An amazing stay, strongly recommended!

Great location and great apartment for two

Lovely stay and we were spoilt with the most amazing 6 course meals every evening. Fabulous breakfast buffet as well. The spa facilities were super clean and the outside hot pool with bubble jets were fabulous after a day's skiing. Shuttle bus to the base station for ski gondolas provided by hotel. Day excursions for those who were interested (guided winter hiking, Innsbruck Christmas market). Highly recommend this hotel.

I truly appreciate the hosts' attentiveness and assistance. It is a family-run hotel where every detail has been carefully considered. You can really feel the Tyrolean spirit here, with its authentic interior and flower-adorned balconies. The homemade food is excellent. The location is great, offering convenient access to all the local attractions. Above all, I am grateful to the hosts for their help during the trip; they showed genuine kindness, and I truly felt valued—like part of the family. Thank you, and I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a cozy atmosphere.

An awesome place for kids and to ski. We had a lovely time. The hotel is well equipped and perfect for kids. The owner is nice and the restaurant staff is trained well. We will come back for sure.

Fantastic location, 2 minutes walk from bus stop to glacier and nice 30 minute river walk into Neustift, great for non-ski days. Top quality food every day, breakfast, afternoon tea & cake and dinner. Staff very friendly.

Great location near the center of Neustift, with a skibus stop nearby. The dinner with half-board was an amazing experience every night, with locally sourced ingredients. The wellness area is quite large, there's an indoor and outdoor pool which is just great.

The hotel couldn't have been better, Staff were helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was superb, I've never seen a better continental breakfast. So much veriety. They also have e-bikes for hire for a charge.

Food is great, i liked swiming pool a lot, they have many kinds of sauna, and for short relax there is waterfall like 300m from hotel.

The food and the wines are excellent and the staf is very friendly. There is a lot to do for children in and around the hotel. The room was very comfortable as well. Very convenient that we could sleep with the four of us in a family room.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Location is ideal,far enough from the road so there is no noise, close to the city center, ski-shuttle in front. The spa area is just perfect.

Great location at the heart of the Stubaital, located in a quiet village nearby Neustift. The hotel is recently renovated and the family room was great for our stopover with two young kids on our journey to Italy. The bunk bed is safe for kids, and it is nice to have a small kitchenette in the room as well, although we did not really use it since we only stayed one night. The swimming pool is perfect for a quick swim. We used the complementary Stubai card to visit the glacier, which is usually €40 per person, but there are many more activities to explore.

Pretty much everything. Staff was helpful. Dog got a doggy blanket, bowls and bag of duck treats. We could go for an ease walk along the river. With a dog you can eat in the Wintergarten which is the best place to eat anyway. Our dog didn't want to leave. Haha There is a big Finnish sauna next to the pool and a jacuzzi. Open from 7 till 22:00. As well a separate sauna section with different kind of saunas a relaxation room with a view to the mountains. Open from 14:00 till 20:00. There common activities like sauna infusion and yoga aerobics, kino. I can imagine it is a great hotel for every season. There is a Mittagessen with soup, salad and dessert included in the half board. Room was great. Got tea, coffee.
