Room newly renovated, very modern and clean. Friendly staff, always available. Good breakfast.

The owner was so kind, uncoils arrive past the normal check in time; they let me take my bike to the room, gave me some fruit since I could not wait for breakfast. All in all a very nice stay and superior experience.

We stayed for one night. The hotel has a lovely old Austrian atmosphere and charming traditional style. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was tasty, and there are a few parking spaces available behind the hotel.

Nice room, great small spa, well located for skiing

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent, from the friendly staff to the clean and comfortable room. The whole experience was smooth and relaxing, and the hotel is clearly very well maintained. I would definitely recommend staying here and would happily come back again.

Fantastic location. A creek runs right under the windows with the Dachstein massif visible on the horizon. Experiencing the village festival was a great bonus.

VERY nice and clean room, spaceus with terrace. Breakfast was delicious and staff was really friendly. They have some animals and playground so it was really nice for our kid. I would recomend to families.

Good location, close to some of the best ski resorts in Austria. Friendly staff, we especially liked Radomir and Verena. The food was excellent! They changed some of the meals on the menu just for us. Rooms are spacious and clean. We highly recommend this hotel!

A really nice hotel situated at a beautiful place.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Schartner! The staff, especially the receptionist, were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the hotel’s location couldn’t be better—close to a supermarket and just a short distance from the ski area, perfect for a family trip. Our suite was spacious and cozy, and the private infrared cabin was a highlight, offering the perfect way to relax after skiing. Overall, a wonderful, child-friendly hotel with great amenities and an unbeatable location. Highly recommended!

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was exceptional, rich and very very tasty. We tried various types of natural cheese that were fantastic and we like it so much. . One very good thing is that Therme Amade the spa center was a 7 minute walk from the hotel and the bus that took us to the ski slope was leaving from the hotel. The hotel was extremely clean, beautiful and cozy. The owner of the hotel was very kind woman who has helped us a lot with everything. We had a really wonderful stay. All in all, I recommend it to everyone! It's worth every euro. We will be back for sure.
