We stayed as a family of four in one of the furnished apartments in the annex. The apartment was very spacious with a fully equipped kitchen, and the quality of the finishes and furnishings was excellent. Everything was spotlessly clean upon arrival. We also took advantage of the hotel's breakfast and dinner services — both offered great value and delicious food. The sauna area was a wonderful bonus that rounded off our stay nicely. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Kappl and would happily return.

Very close to the ski bus so we did not need to take out our car. The rooms were extra clean, the bed was very comfortable. The food was amazing (I miss that beef stock already) and the staff was probably the nicest you'll ever find. The owners are super friendly and I think it shows on everyone else as well.

Highly recommend it. Good value for money and very friendly and competent staff, Vanessa and Adrian are doing a great job. Room was big and the location is great and in the proximity of a ski rental shop and bus station.

First of all, shuttle service was organized very well by owners, what helped me a lot . They also welcomed me with a drink when I got in hotel. Room was super clean , service was great, very pleasant. Breakfast was very rich, all you can eat. If you wanna something extra, you can ask for it. Very nice experience, better than any other hotel I use to be ... I will definitely come back with my friends, because you have everything you need in one place ! Thank you dear owners for wonderful day in your hotel!

It’s next to the ski lift & ski rental shop in See. Wonderful staff and all in all very good value for money. If you’re planning some days to ski with your family, then try Mallaun. We’ve loved out 7 days there.

Everything was spot on perfect. Beautiful ambiance, comfortable beds, nice pool, wellness, garage with enough charging facilities.. and next to the skilift. Just perfect! There is attention to every detail!
