We had a wonderful time staying at Hinterkellaubauer farm. The location is very picturesque, quiet and relaxing. Not too far from Golling, short drive to S-Bahn, short train ride to Saltzburg. There is a lot to see in the area. The breakfast was very good with scrambled eggs on demand. The host was very welcoming and made as feel right at home. The host speaks English.

The location is wonderful. Marianne is very helpful (although not speaking English... - use Google translate), she waited at arrival and departure to make sure we are pleased, everything is clean and well equiped, and also a nice little country traditional house for photos.

This is a small, but modern (albeit with mostly traditional architecture) village in the Salzach River valley south of Salzburg. It is a quiet friendly place, not appropriate for big-time skiing, but great for walks and hikes in te surrounding country-side.

Kuchl is a lovely austrian countryside in the midst of Alps foothills. 30 mins south of salzburg and 10 mins from hallein. You are surrounded by snowy hilltops and lots of pine trees. This town is away from all the tourist crowd and noise.

It is a family busines, the staff is very nice, the hotel itself is extremely cozy, breakfast is very delicious. One can definitely feel like at home there. The place itself is furnished with old robust furniture with lots of beautiful ornaments. There is a swimming pool that we have not used due to weather condition.
