The services were absolutely exceptional. Everything in the hotel was well maintained and clean, and the room cleaning was the best we have ever experienced. Dinner was served and was at a very, very high level. All the staff were kind and helpful. We used the wellness facilities every day; everything was clean and comfortable. The hotel also has an excellent location for traveling to the glacier — the ski bus stop is about 150 meters from the hotel and runs approximately every 15 minutes. The journey then takes about 10–15 minutes.

The host is so lovely and accommodating. It’s very close to the glacier and on the bus route so great location for heading up the mountain. Amenities were great, authentic Austrian.

AMAZING!!!! Such great accommodation and we really felt cared for, the large amount of towels was very useful and the nearby restaurants were great! Also the hotel was lovely and the quiet zone was perfect!
