The half board option is a particular good deal as it includes a 3 course meal with 2 main courses to choose from for dinner, I had sirloin steak the first night and hake the second and both were excellent.

Location. Clean and lovely rooms. Good breakfast. Great location to ski at kuhtai or the local mountain steps from the local pension.

Very good breakfast. The room is big and have good view.

Wow! First of all we would like to say a huge thank you to everyone at Feelfree for the wonderful hospitality and the attentive care and service we received during our stay. From the moment we arrived we were taken care of by the lovely receptionists, the friendly bike rental guys and the adventure tour guides were outstanding! The rooms were clean and spacious, the gym was the best we have used while travelling Europe and the wellness centre was the cherry on top. Best vacation ever! Thank you all so much :)

Suite is top, Super big bathtub for 2 ppl. The food both in the evening and in the morning was super. The bar is ok, do not expect a lot of fun at the bar, but the people who stay there are not typical apres ski party ppl.

Amazing location, the staff were welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Food was so good!

I liked the view of the mountains the most. Overall everything is nice, if I have the chance again I will definitely visit Area 47 again

We stayed at an appartement in the 3-seeenhouse which is part of the hotel. We organized our own breakfast and diner. The location is really beautiful with view direct on the skiing pistes. We liked that also the wellness area (sauna) was included.

Great location, closeby the Stuibenfall waterfall. We were a family of 5. The room was rustic, spacious and had a balcony. Half board was a good idea, dinner was great. Max and his family were very warm, welcoming and professional.

Beautiful, and the ski-in facilities were exceptional.

The property was charming and characterful, the parking and leisure facilities were good and the food in the restaurant was excellent.

Austrian hotel industry is my world’s #1. This place keeps the crown! Beautiful rooms and spa area, great restaurant (half board completely pays for itself)!

This experience was absolutely amazing. Daniel, the owner met us on the reception, he is a very friendly guy, we also got a free upgrade. He helped us with advice, where to go and what to see. Breakfast/lunch/diner where so much better than we expected! A huge choice of food + food cooked my the chefs. One member of our party has an eating disorder (ARFID) so the chefs cooked french fries separately for him! we didn’t even had to mention the ED. Sauna is amazing, there is A LOT of stuff to do in the hotel, table tennis, a game room with different games, swimming pool, big tennis, AMAZING NATURE AND VIEWS and more. It was definitely the best and the most beautiful holiday worth it’s money, and we will definitely be back at this hotel! Thank you Daniel!

Rooms are large and well decorated. The staff is friendly and breakfast is good.

The staff was extremely helpful. We asked for their support in little things several times and they were consistently helping us out with a smile. And then putting one helpful thing on top on their own volition (that out of politeness we didn’t ask because we felt it was too much). Right of the doorstep is the train station and the bus station. If you need to take the bus in the winter morning, you can even wait in the lobby with a line of sight of the bus station 20m away.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. The breakfast chef made amazing omelettes!

Great staff, very clean hotel, room and restaurant. The breakfast was very nice with everything you want. The restaurant has very good pizza.
