Very clean, friendly staff and delicious breakfast.

Lovely, friendly, male receptionist. Fantastic room with brand new ensuite and great view to Matrei from the balcony. Ample space and choice on the restaurant menu and for breakfast. Tasteful ambience, with beautiful lift doors, and space in the corridors.

Lovely hotel. Lots of history to be seen about the hotel. Views from our rooms was amazing.

Great mattress, abundant parking, very helpful and informative staff

The guesthouse itself is a very old historical building, very nicely renovated and cozy to be in. The rooms are super clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very nice, great location and a very friendly family who owns the hotel

Very nice hotel with comfortable rooms. Our room was really spacious with a balcony, an added bonus. The spa is really nice with a small pool, sauna and steam bath. Enough chairs to relax after skiing. There is also underground parking which is handy especially in winter. The breakfast was particularly amazing, a wide choice rarely found in hotels. Please keep that up. The staff was very accommodating and friendly, indeed the whole stay was a pleasant experience. We will be back 😃

Comfy rooms, beautiful design and facilities

Pool and spa area was amazing for both adults and children and the staff, specifically Amir couldn’t be more helpful.

Excellent and spacious room with mountain view, very nice gym, everything tidy and clean.

We are very grateful to the hotel staff for late check-in after 22:00 and late booking an hour before check-in. a very nice man works at the reception, he said that this establishment is known for its good breakfasts. But, unfortunately, we did not have time to use it. Very nice hotel, atmospheric, great beds, towels, good quality linen, spacious bathroom

Perfect location, clean and quiet

The staff were amazing, very welcoming and friendly. The manager Hansjörg was so kind and genuinely interested in us. He took some lovely pictures of us when we met up on a walk. The setting is spectacular and the restaurant was so lovely we ate all our meals there. There was a bus stop right outside & with the welcome card we could get around easily. Very happy with our stay would highly recommend this little piece of paradise.

The hotel couldn't have been better, Staff were helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was superb, I've never seen a better continental breakfast. So much veriety. They also have e-bikes for hire for a charge.

we stayed here for one night and were very pleased. The room was clean and cozy, comfortable bed with spotless
