Renovated room with a big balcony, very clean and cozy - also restaurant and wellness area. Bus stop infront of the hotel, very convenient. All staff members were exceptionally kind and friendly. Felt very welcomed. Liked the breakfast (cheese and ham/salami variations), eggs, sausages, cake and muesli, bread rolls and bread. Half board menu delicious, rich and flavourful. Hiking trails start across the street 👌 Next time in Pitztal will definitely book here again. Thank you!

This is a lovely Hotel in a great location, with the most helpful and friendly staff I have encountered. Very spacious, comfortable and pleasant room. We have a nice private patio that was so full of greenery. Nos encantó absolutamente todo!

Amazing! Staff make you feel so special, facilities are insane, everything is also so clean, incredibly relaxing.

The property is very beautiful and spotless clean, the location in amazing on top of the cliff, the food is very good, staff and owner very nice and professional. The spa is well equipped and very clean as well. The hotel is quiet at night, no party or noise to bother at night. I highly recommend to stay here.

Super location - just in front of ski-lift and ski-rental. Very supportive and kind staff. And the Chef must be a wizard.

Food was amazing, the staff were super friendly and the decor was really well done. Very conveniently located with just a short walk to the ski lift and ski shops. The spa facilities are also really top class, with great value treatments.

quite spacious room, hygge Tyrolean interior. handmade soap and shampoo in the toilet. furnished hallways and common areas. beautiful view of the mountains and valley. Avalanches and waterfalls come down from the mountains around, you can watch from the balcony :) 10 minutes by car to the Pitzdal Gletcher's lift. tasty local food. not just a usual basic schnitzel with potatoes. In general, I recommend visiting the hotel. great place on the way to the resort.

Great location and fabulous dinner

We received an upgrade, so the apartment we got was big, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was big, and the view from the apartment was very nice. We also enjoyed the pool, the jacuzzi and the sauna. The staff was also nice, but some of them don't speak English.
