The meals were delicious, the bed was the most comfortable i have ever slept on, the staff were happy and helpful, car parking was very good

We enjoyed a beautiful view from our room. Hotel itself is modern inside, yet perfectly fits the surroundings. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. SPA area is cosy and well-managed, with the tea spot available close to the pool. Rooms are kept clean and well-maintained, food in the restaurant is always fresh and delicious.

The hotel is set in this beautiful little piece of nature, I could feel the anxiety drip away instantly. The view, the hotel, the employees, the food - it’s everything exceeded our expectations - it was the perfect location for a weekend getaway

The location is fantastic with amazing Views to the Dachstein Gletscher. The beds were very comfortable. Walks and Hikes around the property were beautiful.

Very pleasant staff and amenities. Since. We were driving this was perfect as they have plenty of parking.

The Sky Pool is magnificent, with a fantastic view. The outdoor pool is heated but a bit small. Both the indoor and outdoor pools offer mountain views. Next to the Sky Pool is the Alpenkrauter sauna, which also has mountain views. The rooms are clean and have a lovely wooden balcony. The breakfast included in the price is quite sufficient. The items are delicious and varied. For dinner, we had garlic knödel at the hotel's Wirtshaus Johann, and it was delicious. The waiters were very helpful and friendly.

The staff was extremely nice, very accommodating and thoughtful. The location was perfect, we were dead center in the city and parking was right at the establishment. Fortunately the whole staff was thoughtful and tended to all our needs. The breakfast was also delightful, with much variety. You can see the hard and meticulous work in everything they do.

Great staff and the location was unmatchable. Very good place to explore Hallstatt as well.
