Family Hotel, so you feel like a part of family.

The property is very nice, recently renovated, and strategically located in the center of Grossarl, close to the tourist office and the bus stop. I stayed in a well-furnished single room with a mountain view. Breakfast is served in a room with candles lit on the tables

The apartment was amazing! Easy parking and dog friendly. Great spa area and located right on the panoramic trail. Wonderful scenery.

This location, located outside the town center, is quiet and peaceful. It's a great base for hiking in the surrounding mountains.

The hotel is located almost directly on the slope, so the views are insanely beautiful! The staff was really welcoming and really thoughtful about my arrival. They called me to make sure I arrive safely and offered a transportation if needed. The room was really spacious and really clean, every day I had clean towels. Breakfast was amazing and had everything you would need. I definitely recommend to everyone who wants to have an amazing experience in the heart of the mountain!

Everything ! Spacious apartment, you've got everything you needed. Lovely view of the mountain from the balcony. 15 mins walking to the stain station. Awesome, stay closer to the Alps. Definitely will stay again.

Super friendly staff, really nice rooms, with plenty of space, nice parking place just outside in front of the hotel. I would repeat next time I go to Grossarl!

-very nice,clean and spacious room with comfortable bed and pillows -very nice view from the balcony -cosy atmosphere at the bar in the lounge where is a fireplace,perfect for spendind some time -very good food,breakfast buffet with a lot of choices and fancy dinner 4-courses -nice spa area with saunas and relaxation room -supermarket Billa and gondola-main ski lift Grosarltal just across the street -free of charge underground parking (just make sure that your car hight is below 2,1 m);for SUV+roofboxes there are only 3 parking spaces in front of the hotel

Mountain Views and food. Dinner and breakfast are fantastic. The quality of food is good. I like their homemade jam and spread but all are good. It was my birthday during my stay and the people from the hotel prepared a little birthday surprise for me. I appreciated it a lot. So lovely! The staffs there also very friendly.I would like to come back again.

I like such family run berghotel. Everything was lovely, the accommodation and food, the wellness looked fantastic, although we did not have time to go inside.

Wonderful facilities, particularly the swimming pools and sauna area, separate adults-only sauna area. Delicious and extensive breakfast buffet, high quality 4-course evening meal for only €20 extra, fantastic value, particularly the gala dinner. Location very close to lifts and ski shops - we used the ski depot at the lift station which was very conveniently located (next to the excellent Rambazambar) Friendly and efficient staff in restaurant and at reception, immaculately clean rooms and public areas. Non-skiers in the group enjoyed the daily (free) activities, including yoga and hikes. Skiers enjoyed the local Grossarl-Dorfgastein ski area, and easy 15 minute bus links to Alpendorf and Bad Hofgastein

The rooms were clean, featuring modern furnishings and comfortable beds. The view from the balcony was also very pleasant. The entire hotel was spotless, with daily housekeeping service. The staff was very friendly, regularly ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious with fresh food. After leaving our passports at the hotel, the communication with the staff was excellent - they promptly and efficiently helped us retrieve them in no time.
