Incredible experience, amazing hotel, lovely location, and the staff really made our holiday. Very special hotel, can’t wait to be back next year.

Everything looks solid, new, tidy and clean, very well fitting the spirit of Serfaus village, that looks too nice to be true. Nice balcony and kitchenette made me pity that I couldn't use them longer. The village is nice and quiet, so the sleep is deep and relaxed. We could also find a place in underground garage of the hotel, which is a huge plus for a hot day. The Summer card, sold at tiny price at the hotel, saves huge amounts on cable cars that you'd pay if you are not staying in the village. And the time spent in the mountains over Serfaus is quality time!

Clean and tidy rooms and bathrooms with potable, high quality water. Great restaurant serving local food and more. And the location is just breathtaking...

The hotel is very well located, close to the cable cars, the view is magnificent, the rooms are very well equipped and comfortable, and the breakfast is excellent. What I particularly liked was that it's a family-run hotel, where you can feel at home and enjoy a warm welcome.

Awesome stuff, very friendly and helpful. The best location, just about to the underground station which can take you to the cable car. Room service was top quality, always did an awesome job. From the window we had a wonderful view of the beauty of the Alps. The hotel restaurants serve good food at affordable prices. The ski room was very warm and easily accessible from the street, it's not a big deal for snowboarders but it's for fans of skiing. Even when the hotel has its own age the elevator was very modern and fast.

Apartment for 4 was delightful, very comfortable and clean. Great swimming pool and sauna area. Everything we needed for a week stay. Close to the train. Great place to stay!

Hotel Silvretta has amazing food and wine and such amazing value - we couldn't believe it - and exceptional help regarding my wife';s gluten-free requirements. Staff could not do enough for us and were smiley delightful people.

We loved everything! Since the moment we had come... all the way until the end. The best hotel, we could have chosen for our winter ski holidays in Austria 👌 Everything was perfectly taken care of! We will definitely return 😍

Wonderful cosy place, great team, great breakfast made of local products, very nice views, nice self-service bar. You feel welcome as a guest. You also feel being trusted (bar is based on own declarations of consumption for instance). Room was comfortable, bathroom well designed and equipped, with separated toilet (sometimes important for families to avoid congestion ;)). Guests have a fully appointed kitchen at their disposal, including refrigerator (there are no fridges in rooms though), stove and a microwave oven. If you go with a group, try to book adjacent rooms with balconies, then you can have a shared balcony for them Location is great, just off the main street and the very centre of the village, you can reach the cable cars within a few minutes on foot. I visited Garni Lawens thirteen years ago for the first time and it was just as good now as I remembered. Will surely visit again.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was spotlessly clean.

The hosts and staff here make you realise how much better a family run hotel is compared to a faceless international branded corporate hotel chain. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. We could not have been happier. The hosts were happy to assist with all of our requests.

Good breakfast and good position

Good food, and very accomodating to allergies and intolerance. Very friendly and helpfull staff.

Spacious room, great wellness area, delicious breakfast with wide variaty of dishes, direct at ubahn station, superb outdoor pool with warm water. Dinner in the restaurant was ok, although not extraordinary. Staff was very friendly, but the lady at the reception could smile more :)
