A very nice place and good location, excellent service, responsive hosts, and a good breakfast.

Beautiful room with a sitting area. Really clean & smart decor. The food tasted good & fresh. The family who run this hotel work hard & take pride in their business. The transport links were great with free local buses using our Achensee Card from the hotel. Can't fault them on anything.

We stayed 5 nights. The staff were very kind and helpful. My daughter has gluten allergy and they provided gluten free bread and the lady who was the chef, prepared gluten free food for her, which was very tasty. The breakfast buffet had a variety and was filling including vegetables and fruit. Our room was comfortable and very clean and had a very nice view of the mountains. The dining room had an exceptional view of the mountains. Bus stops, ski hire and the car cable to the mountain are only 100 meters from the hotel, which is excellent. All in all we had a very nice time and we will definitely go back.

Excellent location by the Achensee lake. We hotel has a portion of the lake in its area and we can swim there. All facilities are great , food is amazing and kids activities exceeded our expectations.

Staff were all friendly and helpful, particular mention of our waitress, Sonia. Rooms were excellent, loved the decor and facilities. Highly recommended.

An excelent establishment, very well taken care of, a lot of attention given to details. The owners were there almost daily, open and available for any feedback. Traditional building, with a lot of facilities (spa, pool indoor connecting with outdoor, spacious bar, yet cozy, very good food, generous playroom for kids, parking outdoor and underground, lecture room, own water spring in the restaurant, great evening programs). This is a go to hotel, over and over. Situated in a small village, yet so close to the highway.

Good healthy breakfast spread. I arrived very late and the automated check in was ideal. I booked to be near the hospital and everything went very smoothly.

The staff were extremely friendly and proactive. I have a lactose intolerance and they provided options that were lactose free and explained everything. The room was cleaned daily and the food selection was really good.

We have arrived late in the evening and although a misunderstanding was made on room reservation, reception staff was very helpful in sorting out the problem. We switched the room the next day and everything was excellent. The hotel is quite new, with very nice and large and comfortable rooms. We have an infrared cabin in our room that we used every day after being on the ski slopes. We did travel with a small dog and staff was very friendly and helpful to accommodate the pet and daily room housekeeping. Breakfast was tasty, with a good selection for all tastes. Hotel has Venetia Restaurant on ground floor, which was very convenient for dinning out or order some pizza if too tired after a day of skiing. Free parking on location

Great place to stay on the Achensee, commutable to Zillertal valley. Very well maintained hotel: nice, clean rooms, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast. There are a nice sauna (Bio and Finnish) and the ski room. The family that runs hotel is very helpful; shared local knowledge, kept our luggage after check-out. Will visit again in summer.

The views were outstanding and the staff were excellent especially when we couldn't speak German their English made it easier 👏
