Everything was perfect. Everybody was very helpful and accommodating.

The food at breakfast and dinner was wonderful

Great variety of food served with our stay everyday (we loved the salad bar that comes with dinner in particular). We really enjoyed using the wellness centre (which has a pool, sauna and steam room) after a day of hard skiing. The driver Goran was very friendly and helped us to and from the train station, as well as to and from the gondolas everyday. The reception was always ready to help with anything and very understanding when we had to change our group size prior to arriving, despite issues we faced due to Booking.com customer service. Would be happy to stay again!

Fantastic views, spacious rooms, quiet location at a slight remove from the centre. Delicious food at dinner, with locally sourced ingredients and imaginative recipes. Friendly and welcoming staff create a genuinely warm atmosphere.

A fantastic small, family run hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly. We ate twice in the restaurant which was excellent, but you need to book. Location - 100m from the lifts. What is not to like

Breakfast and evening meal exceptional; staff fantastic - couldn't be more friendly and helpful; spa great, proximity to lifts very close and boot room very conveniently located from slopes; lounge areas very cosy.

I have never experienced that level of hospitality in Austria. Family owned hotel, with perfect location, great spa, warm atmosphere and top wine list!!! ( Bordeaux selection you will struggle to find in France!) you guys are just great!

The location is perfect to the main gondolas. The hotel is pristine, offers all amenities, incredible breakfasts & service is outstanding.

Amazing location right next to the ski lift, great breakfast and have been modernised. Very accommodating with check in time as we arrived late after midnight.

We stayed in Mondschein in summertime off-season and get breakfast basket every morning wich was nice. Views from the balcony were amazing and own sauna in the room was also nice extra. Location was good while travelling with car and you can reach Lech and St. Anton trails easily from this location.

The staff went out of their way to make you feel at ease. including personally driving to restaurant locations. Felt a very personal service the entire time we were there .

A great location in Zürs and in Arlberg. The family and staff is very friendly and helpful and skirental is located next door. We had half board and ate a delicious dinner every evening with new dishes every day. Everything was just great!!
