This is our second time staying at this hotel. The hotel is superb! The staff is very friendly, kind, and responsive. The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean. The all-inclusive meal plan is different from the one in Turkey, but it's quite sufficient. The gondola is a 2-minute drive away. The location is generally very quiet and beautiful. The apartment is vast and clean. There is a well-furnished kitchen. The hosts are polite and sold us KitzSki cards (The price is the same as it is if you buy them online). The center is about ten minutes walk from the apartment and there are a supermarket, some restaurants and other interesting shops. For the cable cars users who want to go up in the mountain there is an enormous FREE parking within five minutes car ride. There are plenty of ski slopes most of which are pretty wide. I highly recommend this place. I would definitely like to visit it again.
