The lady in charge of the reception was super kind. The room, while small, was perfect for my needs. Super clean and with the adequate furniture. Even had a small balcony!! Although it's a bit far from the historic center just one block away you'll find the stop where you can take the bus, which will leave you near all the main sights in around 25 minutes (and it's free as the hotel gives you a tourist card sending it to you by e-mail). Also, there's a supermarket nearby if needed.

I loved the place! The temperature in hotel is warm, which is rare gem for Germany. Loved the place. Great breakfast!!!

Amazing spa, really stunning hotel

Extremely friendly and happy staff who clearly enjoy working here. We felt welcome from the moment we walked in. Amazing breakfast and comfortable rooms. Excellent place to stay on your drive through Austria or to explore Salzburg. Busses leave every 10 minutes so you can just leave your car at the hotel.

Very comfortable with good size rooms. The staff were especially friendly and made us so welcome. Great atmosphere all round and will definitely make a point of returning.

Everything. This was the most authentic Austrian experience. The staff were incredible, the location was very easy to get into Salzburg (bus stop less than 100m away. The food was excellent.

Quiet and comfortable with a very local feel. Food was excellent and the option to spa (included in price with breakfast) was very welcome. Parking was free (motorbike) and they even provided overhead protection from the inclement weather.

Personable and friendly staff who were always helpful. Quiet location (in a village) and only 15 minutes on the bus to Salzburg centre. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Lovely breakfast, super comfortable bed, spacious spa area with 4 different spa types and areas to relax. Absolutely spotlessly clean, the owners (family owned) obviously take a great deal of pride in making sure everything is perfect for their guests. Great place to stay, would highly recommend.

A large room with bathrobes. A varied mini bar. Convenient underground parking for 5 Euros. A delicious breakfast with salmon and wine. The friendly staff was happy to suggest interesting places in the city for dinner and leisure.

Directly bus 28 to downtown in 25 mins. United with restaurant and good breakfast.Very kind service and clean room. Got air conditioner and elevator.
