PolandWe spent here nearly whole week (we even extended our stay) and we could stay here even longer... The room was quite big with balcon providing really nice view of the lake. The restaurant was serving tasty meals - breakfasts as well. The hotel consists of saunas , pool and gym but we were mostly impressed by the private beach where we were spending quite a lot of time . In addition there are lots of hiking trails starting close to the hotel so you don't have to use your car at all.

We went in the off-season.
We went in the off-season. We were probably the only tourists in the whole village. Very-very quiet and deserted. Just the way we were hoping to have it! So, if you want action, water sports - go in the summer. If you want winter action, parties - go right after Xmas. But if you want absolute relaxation, peace and quiet - go when we did, before Xmas.

Loads to do if you like the outdoors.
Loads to do if you like the outdoors. Hiking, mountain biking, swimming and all sorts of water activities. The mountain views are beautiful and you won't run out of ways to spend your time.
I hear it's great in the winter too, if you're that sort of madman.

All in all, our stay was superb.
All in all, our stay was superb. The village is nice, clean, easy to track. We had a great time.
However, the ice skate booking is quite hectic and the Intersport personnel seems to be incapable or not interested in clients. Although we went there in the afternoon to book for the next day, the guy said we should book by mail. When we booked by mail, we got an answer that booking by mail is not possible??! And, of course, booking through the site was not possible either, as the skates we wanted were not available. Whatever the reason, this should not happen in the middle of the season in such a place, where everything should be about tourism and satisfied clients.
Luckily, we had great hosts, who gave us skates for free 🙂 Thank you

I was looking for a camping in the area and I found this hotel/vacation apartments on Weissensee. I got the single bed room and it was more than expected for the price. Clean, in a great location, and the staff was wonderful (no problem with the English language). The option to use the bar until 23.00 is great to relax and enjoy the long summer days. I stayed only one night but I will consider again in the future for a relaxing weekend.

Mr Jank is a welcoming host. The apartment is very clean, cosy, authentic. Everything you need is there. The lake view is amazing. The house partners with weissensee premium card so you get public transport, bergbahn and boat trips over lake for free. There are bikes available and private beach. We enjoyed our stay

We spent 3 unforgettable days in this hotel and it was a very good time for our family, it is a very beautiful place, mountains, lake near the hotel, sledding and very good breakfasts and nice and friendly owners of the hotel. Very quiet surrounding, no traffic sounds, beautiful view towards the lake. Super friendly staff. Family run hotel with a personal atmosphere. The coolest Alpakas I have ever seen.
