My experience at Hotel Tauplitzerhof surpassed all expectations. The exceptional hospitality truly elevated our ski getaway in Tauplitz. Alex, Romella, and Anna extended such warmth throughout our stay, going above and beyond by preparing meals outside of regular restaurant hours following our ski sessions. The restaurant offered delectable dishes, with plenty of vegetarian options available. The burger, in particular, is a standout and a definite must-try. The rooms were immaculate and spacious for us with a great view Tauplitz ski resort stands out as a hidden gem among ski resorts, offering affordability without compromising on quality. Our enjoyable experience was largely thanks to Alex and his dedicated team.

The hosts are excellent and extremely friendly. The hotel is very comfortable and clean with good parking facilities. Everything was great, if you are going to Tauplitz I highly recommend this family hotel.

Apartment was enough spacious with a really cool view to the mountains! It's equipped with all needed staff for cooking 👨‍🍳 Bus stop to the ski resort is just one minute from the hotel door. The hotel itself is very cosy. The room was very well heated.

I loved absolutely everything about this accommodation, there aren't enough words to describe how much we enjoyed our stay here. The couple who owns it is very charming and has put so much effort into it, the attention to detail is amazing. There are beautiful wild flower bouquets everywhere, there is the sound of running water outside, everything is green and beautiful, with multiple little corners to sit and relax. Everything inside the room is made of linen, which is an experience in itself, there are his/hers sinks in the bathroom which were very convenient, and the bath products have very relaxing smells. There are multiple windows in the room and all of them have beautiful views of the village and the mountains. There is also a great Bluetooth speaker for connecting your music, a coffee machine and welcome snacks. The area itself is car-free and quiet, with picturesque little streets in every direction, and two nice churches a five minute walk away. It's all very idyllic and relaxing. Breakfast is served in a beautiful room and consists of both a buffet, and eggs cooked to your liking. There is a server who looks after you and will bring you coffee/drinks, it's all very fancy. The hotel restaurant does really good food, everything from the home-made bread and butters to the dessert were perfectly done. Their creme-brule is not to be missed! The staff is also very friendly and look after you. Definitely worth booking dinner here. This accommodation was the highlight of our trip, we can't wait to go back.

But from restaurant you see directly to Grimming, view to Dachstein just 100m walk and big lake behind the house Parking in front of the house - you pay 13E for the way up and finish at the hotel Great staff - very friendly and nice Great food - for sure take half board Nice served beer (really clean pipes and glass)

A great choice! The location is gorgeous between the mountains, greenery and nature. The hotel itself it kept very clean and accommodating. Staff were all super nice and informative

Great location in a small, quiet town with amazing view but still with several restaurant options. Superclean place, the owners are really nice, the food is very deliscious, wide range of options for breakfast and it's great that you can have also dinner in the hotel. Sauna is also fabulous after hiking or just to relax. Highly recommended place.
