It was a shame the caravan park had bright street lights making it impossible to see the Aurora Australia 0 even if there was no cloud cover

Lots of nature, quiet family-oriented location, plenty to see and explore. Love the pockets of stores here and there. Plenty of Op shops which we loved exploring and scoring some little treasures

We had a relaxing family holiday at Anglesea.
We had a relaxing family holiday at Anglesea. The location of the holiday park right next to the beach and river meant we barely had to get in the car. It’s an excellent location for kids with many different activities. The beds in the cabins were so comfortable too!

A beautiful beachside suburb surrounded by bushland & minutes away from the Great Ocean Road. Adequate options for food & drink though they vary in standard however all are top $$ for what one gets.

Anglesea is a stunning beachside town about an hour from...
Anglesea is a stunning beachside town about an hour from Melbourne and half an hour form Geelong. The beach is the absolute draw card which means the town can get particularly busy during Summer and peak holidays times such as long weekends. Anglesea has an abundance of different beaches and walking tracks as well as a range of native animals and birds. There are a range of coffee shops, gift shops, restaurants a supermarket, pub and bowls and surf club all within walking distance.

A quiet sleepy place.
A quiet sleepy place. More of a stopover (which is what we used it for) than a destination. However, I can imagine that it would be good for surfers. The beach was beautiful, but the water was cold. Does the 'Southern Ocean' ever get warm? (we visited in Feb)

This hotel is amazing offering of a mini resort in every sense, great restaurant with best food offerings like fine dinning but casual meal price. Tennis, pool, gym and many trampoline space professionally setup for all to enjoy. Plus the palm trees make it feel tropical for Victoria. The staff very professional and friendly. Andrew working at the front desk on Christmas Day was absolutely fantastic.

Convenient location. Walking distance to Anglesea shops/beach. Jumping pillow was enjoyed by my child who was also thrilled to see Kangaroos and cockatoos on the property.

Exzellent house, Great place to spend a couple of days in Anglesea. Great Location just behind the Shops. First house in 5 weeks with sharp kitchen knives :-)
