The location was very convenient, being close to Launceston and also it is partly on its way to Devonport which was our ultimate destination. We have often used it as an overnight stay having landed in Launceston around 8.30-9.00 at night. We then have a short drive to Hadspen, a good night sleep and then we are refreshed for our drive to Devonport.

Quiet, peaceful location near the lake. Driveway a little steep. Spacious and comfortable with upstairs and downstairs toilets. Clean and comfortable bedding. Host very responsive to questions and requests.
