From the minute we got there the staff and owner were very attentive, pleasant and immediately made us feel very comfortable. Showed us our rooms and explained the layout and where everything was. The service at dinner was excellent and the food was super. My Favorite was the sticky date pudding, which was excellent. I must add that this was my first visit to the hotel and knew no one, but left with a feeling that we had made a bunch of new friends. Even the chef came out to the lounge bar for a drink and had a chat. I told them that if I'm in the area I will drop in, even if it is to just have a drink.

The house was very clean with everything needed. Easy access and easy to get stuff in through the back if stairs are an issue. Air con and heating worked very well. Beds were big, crisp, clean and comfortable. Bedrooms were huge! The tv was a smart tv and a good size. Internet supported us all and wasn't slow. The street was very quiet and locals seemed very nice. Views weren't amazing but still nice. Lots of birds to see. The deck out the front was very comfortable. Nice and relaxing and mostly in the shade in the afternoon. Nice walking tracks very close by.

A pretty and friendly town.

A pretty and friendly town. Creswick has many shops and places to see. we liked The American Hotel for meals and Leaver's Hotel for a gig though they are only open on Friday nights and Saturdays. Easy drives to Clunes, Talbot or Ballarat. Clean and no graffiti seen. Just lovely.

A quaint town with some great eateries and plenty of...

A quaint town with some great eateries and plenty of activities for the lovers of nature and the outdoors. The MTB park is a big draw card, but could be advertised better, it is by far my favourite MTB park and I have visited a few.

Its a small town that offers delicious Pub meals .

Its a small town that offers delicious Pub meals . We ate at The American , a hotel with a fantastic bistro. Its close to Daylesford, close to Clunes and even Ballarat. We explored Hanging Rock at Woodend, the Sunday market and the Mill markets in Daylesford. Trentham Falls are well worth a visit

It was a lovely relaxing place with everything u needed to have it feel like home from home. Comfortable bed & lovely clean room & comfortable armchair & a proper table & chairs to sit having ur meals

What a lovely tranquil setting to just unwind for a couple of days, Very quaint property, nicely appointed, well done. To the young lady at the Hotel where we picked up the key, thank you, very welcoming. A bit light on in the cutlery & crockery side otherwise very good. lovely Green tea in the drawer, the real stuff, not tea dust in a bag but no tea pot to brew it in, I used the kettle, it worked.

Beautiful little town with excellent facilities; parks, hotels/pubs, bakeries, etc. The team in the information centre were friendly and provided great ideas for activities for our weekend. We had our bikes and were surprised to find an excellent bike park with fun tracks for beginners through to advanced riders. Plenty of walking tracks also. There's some top class tennis courts if that's your thing - byo racket/balls. Did a driving tour of the mining history around the region - great information boards and scenic drive. Enjoyed the flour mill in Smeaton and the wool mill in Creswick.

We stayed at the Bohemian Art Studio in Creswick for a night and had a pleasant experience overall. The space had a lot of character and charm, and it was comfortable for our short stay. Communication with the host was clear, and we appreciated the little touches to make our arrival smooth. There were a few small details that could be refined, but nothing that took away from an enjoyable visit. A unique and interesting place to spend a night in Creswick.

The owners were very friendly and welcoming, they made every effort to ensure that I was comfortable. The hotel is small with an attached bar and restaurant catering for a live music venue, in cosy atmosphere. I will definitely be returning with my partner next time.

The room had everything we needed for a one night stay. It was clean and quiet. It was lovely to wake to see kangaroos playing in the paddock opposite our room. A visit to the Creswick Wool Mills is a must!
