Lovely clean space. Rooms a good size. 2 good size couches as we were a group of 8. The car park is below house providing a lot of off street parking which was great. Quite a few steps and steep paths to get to the house so a consideration for prams or wheelchairs. Views amazing. Great set up with a large deck and BBQ. There is a hanging fireplace. We couldn't get it going but would have a lovely ambiance when it is. We arrived after dark so didn't see the sunset but I'm guessing it would be amazing over the water. Thankyou

Ideal for its proximity to Launceston. Just a twenty minute drive to the city but located in a rural setting.. nice and clean however it does need a little bit of property maintenance for eg the upstairs glass sliding doors could not be locked.

The cottage was very well appointed.

The cottage was very well appointed. It was very clean, lovely location, close to town and golf course. The hosts were great with care taken to ensure my stay was the greatest it could be. I will certainly book with them when next I travel to Tasmania.

It was a lovely stay at Exeter for my mum and I.

It was a lovely stay at Exeter for my mum and I. It is a great little pine cabin with everything you need. Good amount of space, with dining table, lounge and heater, a deck to sit and enjoy the view and the birds, it is peaceful, it has a tv, bbq on the deck and good kitchen facilities and only 2 to 3 minutes drive from the main road of Exeter.
