The spa was superb, the bathroom had a heated towek rail and the best was the surroud system installed in the bathroom and the bedroom, You could see the TV from the spa and hear the sound via the sound system.

Located in Hepburn Springs in the Victoria region and Hepburn Mineral Springs Reserve reachable within a 5-minute walk, The Cottages at Hepburn Springs provides accommodations with free WiFi, BBQ... It was lovely to walk in to find the air conditioner already on and a bottle of wine to greet us. The location is amazing - within walking distance of the Hepburn Springs Bath House, which we LOVED, and the Hepburn Mineral Springs Reserve. We loved trying out the different water samples! We were thrilled to see three Kangaroos at the rear of the property when we were out walking our dog at dusk. The property was very clean and had everything you could need for a comfortable stay including a large spa to help relax and unwind at the end of the day.

Beautiful area and views. Peaceful small towns and surrounds. Track walks are a must. Accomodation is old, very classic but not functional for peace and quiet. Service was great, but could not accomodate for the age of the building and a peaceful night sleep. Highly recommend Beau at our hotel, service was above and beyond, highly professional and persued any opportunity to ensure our stay was worth while.
A relaxing stay. The accommodation was pleasant, close to the hotel & a very good Italian restaurant. Enjoyed walking around the streets, observing the kangaroos on the golf course. Close to Daylesford, possible to walk if you felt inclined.
Location is lovely, including distance to Daylesford. Hepburn Springs & Baths are closeby. Hepburn Springs itself has shops, cafes but no hotels open. People need to ring the Baths rather than book online which I did. When we got there, the prices did not include everything that was stated in theur advertisements. People should also know that the water is quite deep in the Mineral Springs.
We were on the trip with a bit of rainy. But it was fine when we had a morning walk, with all views were nicely fogged. It was like stepping in the cloud. Highly recommended The Surly Goat, Winespeke for tasting.
hepburn springs is a few minutes drive from Daylesford. it is a quiet little place with plenty of cafes close by. Hepburn spa centre is only mins walk. this is the place to come if you want a quiet romantic weekend. several lakes and good walks are very close.
The Hotel definitely needs upgrading. The room that my cousin was in had no curtains, whilst mine did. The hairdryer was very ordinary and the bathroom facilities were old - and needs upgrading. The pillows were okay. Staff service in the dining room for breakfast very poor and empty dishes were left on our table until we asked for them to be removed. The entrance of the hotel is lovely - lounge and library with fires on the cold nights were great. But once again staff were not helpful when asked about varies wines. Very easy to get around Hepburn Springs. Overall disappointing except for the Spa which was amazing. If the Lake House wasn't full, that is where I would have ended up.
Hepburn Springs Motor Inn is exactly what you expect it to be - clean comfortable accommodation at a reasonable price. The staff are friendly with effortless check in. The beds are comfortable with extra blankets and pillows in the wardrobe. The bathroom is clean and spacious with excellent water temperature and pressure. It’s location is perfect for seeing the sights of Daylesford as long as you have a car.
The place is cozy, clean, comfortable, close to the restaurants, shops and spa’s. It is the perfect romantic getaway place for my husband and I who haven’t seen each other since the pandemic started. Alice was very accomodating and helpful throughout my booking process. The welcome box was very much appreciated too.
The property is close enough to Hepburn Springs and Daylesford, but private, and has the added advantages of picturesque olive groves, and sometimes kangaroos. The firewood (needed for heating in cold weather) was of excellent quality and the wood heater was easy to use. The house is very spacious and well equipped.
Quiet and secluded self-contained units - excellent for couples seeking a romantic getaway. Units are well equipped with fire-place, good sized spa for two, and a private outdoor patio. The unit allocated to us was extremely clean. Look forward to coming back to Hepburn at Hepburn!
We loved the peace and tranquility. Great facilities including a full self catering kitchen, comfortable bed and clean spacious bathroom. The highlights for us was the visiting troop of kangaroos at the front of the house.
The property was a surprise. The photos don't do it justice. It was amazing and extremely comfortable. The third bedroom downstairs was great as a retreat for an introvert who needed space for a recharge.
Jo is exptional and so is the spa. Very romantic and the room was very well thought out. We had an amazing time. Of all the places I have stayed in around the world, this is the best.
Fireplace was an added bonus, especially in the cold weather. Location was great for access to bathhouse. Great place to stay for a night away.
The cottage is very comfortable and there is plenty of privacy and space. The bed was excellent and the views from upstairs are great.
Loved the location, the fire, the ease of accessing Daylesford and Hepburn Springs, the booking process and helpful team.
Quiet but close to everything. Fire was wonderful and heated floors made the space so comfortable.
All staffs are friendly and helpful and nice, good mineral spa
Scenery and everything on site. Loved the pool and Spa pool.
This property exceeds any expectations that you could have of a getaway from Melbourne. The property is amazing and all the facilities are stay of the art and the architecture is breathtaking. Thank you so much and will be returning soon!
like the room set up, very traditional Japanese style, got private backyard, quite and nice, great location close to everything, only few mins drive way from town center. Like the Japanese style breakfast.
We absolutely adored the house design, styling and vibes. Extraordinary views (when we could see them when fog cleared), absolute luxury, we felt at home.
Great set up, room was cozy and plush with everything we needed and super close to the hot springs
absolutely perfect. Beautiful views clean great amenities
The extras that were included and a complete surt
