The room was clean and very good size. The main bed was very comfortable. The shower pressure is very good. Available free parking within the compound is much welcomed. Location was good, in close proximity to town and to nearby food options. Reception was professional and efficient. Being on the top floor with a view of Lake Tuggerah was a bonus.

Location was excellent as I had an early 5am train to catch from Gosford station. Room was suitable and I thought the shared restrooms were well stocked, clean, large and private.

The staff were amazing. So friendly and kind. We had some staff who were quite new to the industry but they were so lovely and helpful and sweet. From the moment we drove up to the front we felt welcomed and were treated so well by all the staff. The facilities were also fantastic, the layout of the room was great, a really comfortable bed, really nice bathroom. When we got to our room we had 2 single beds instead of a large double bed, so we just rand downstairs and within minutes were given another room, the concierge came up shortly after to make sure we were happy with our new room and apologise for the inconvenience. We were extremely impressed by the staff at the hotel. Definitely recommend others to stay there.
