I stayed here in July, originally chose this place because it had a carpark, but it turned out to be much better than I expected. The location is quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing, yet still close to a supermarket, which makes everything super convenient. The room and kitchen were both very clean and well-equipped, making it comfortable and suitable for a longer stay. The overall environment felt safe and cozy — definitely the kind of place I'd love to come back to. The staff is also friendly very helpful answering all question, I was in town for my future job, they tried their best to give some local information for reference. If you're looking for somewhere that's both convenient and relaxing, this spot is absolutely worth considering!

Great resort in the heart of Rutherglen. Very spacious room with a large bed. Our room had a view of the vineyard which was great. We sat on the patio outside the room each night enjoying a glass wine and watching the world go by - very relaxing. The restaurant on site was good value and had lovely meals and of course excellent wine selection - especially the port. The staff were very friendly and provided us with some great tips on what to do and where to go in the area. We also had a wine tasting session in the cellar door which was great - came away with a few bottles to take home. We also loved the on site pool which was great on a hot day.

The location was great, right on the main street. The room was gorgeous and the staff went over and above the call of duty. Jen even gave us a ride to a local winery for an event we were attending. Thanks heaps!

This little motel is fabulous. It is beautifuly renovated giving it a fresh vibe. The whole place had an comfortable and welcoming feel. The owners we met upon checking in are fantastic and friendly, happily explained that they had a 'mini bar' in reception for cold drinks and snacks, beach towels to use and equiptment for the BBQ it seemed that every request would be covered. The room was large and lovely, the TV has the ablity to stream your own netflix etc or use the normal channels. Shower had great water pressure and the little kitchen/hand basin area was great. Loved that there was plates, cutlery etc avalible to use including microwave, kettle and toaster - nothing seemed to be missed. The bed while firm was fine to sleep on and the pillows excellently plump which is rare these days! Perfect! Loved the pool area, seating and the room - we think it is the perfect escape for the weekend or weekday get away, very close to town and across from a winery/bar. I would 100% recommend this for anyone looking as it was a pure delight.

Suites were clean. Hosts were lovely and informative. Breakfast was scrumptious with a good variety. Location was terrific. Our two Labradors enjoyed the space and the other dogs.

Everything! The room was beautiful and big, comfy bed, very clean and nice! There's a sauna and a spa, also a BBQ area-just perfect! I think it's actually the best motel we've ever stayed at and we've been to many over the years of travelling! 😊

On the outside this looks like a typical old style motel but the rooms were all done up to a lovely standards, new bathrooms, beds, bed linen and furniture and with a lovely view over beautiful gardens and the Murray River. Would highly recommend, great value for money too..
