Excellent location and facilities. The house was amazing, with great views from both bedrooms and the kitchen/lounge. The house was clean, and the bathrooms and kitchen were well equipped. The bedrooms were huge. I would happily return and recommend.

Central location in Penguin with parking right outside the door. The best thing is you can walk everywhere in town. The accommodation was pretty good and we quickly made ourselves at home here. The beach is across the road so not hard to see the sites.

Being a group of 9 people, its 4 rooms fit us perfectly, and we can use the common area as our dining place. Since each room has its own kitchenette and bathroom, each group can make the food at the same time. Anna, the host, is very responsive to our requests and made an extra effort to get us a nespresso coffee machine and boxes of coffee capsules.

Rustic Hut is one of my most favourite places in Tassie now. This was our 3rd visit to the Hut. The huts are super comfy with million-dollar views. And the whole place is so peaceful. The fact that the internet is non-existent is a plus for us as we can focus our time on quiet, quality time as a family. Cannot recommend the place enough! We will surely be back again. <3

This is a wonderful place to stay with family; the facilities are easily on par with a five-star hotel. It is very quiet, clean, and tidy. Honestly, this is the best accommodation I’ve found in the Burnie-Penguin-Ulverstone region. The beaches are nearby, though it’s best to have a car as Burnie city centre is about a 14-minute drive away. A lovely breakfast is included, and the owner is incredibly friendly, generous and helpful. If you need to relax and escape the daily grind, this is the perfect spot. I will definitely stay here again!
