Richard was outstanding in taking care of us. When one of our 11 person family had to go to urgent care, Richard arranged for an extension for that room until noon and confirmed right away that their room was available if an extra night stay was needed. When an extra night was needed, Richard worked out all of the details. Also, we loved your huge indoor pool and hot tub. Also, we loved having the tables in the lobby for our family to congregate. We loved the game room, too.

The room was large, comfortable, warm and quiet. The continental breakfast hit the spot and the location is superb with 2 tram stops and the train all within a few minutes walk.

Nice, clean, spa smell very soothing. Suite is huge for 4 ppl, have TV and aircon. Friendly staff?

The perfect location for our visit just around the corner from Chapel St, 5 min walk from the station and on the tramline. We enjoyed the delicious vegetarian breakfasts and the lolly bar!

Convenient location next to Princes Freeway, got a room that faced indoors so that might have blocked out most of the noise from the road.

A walk from Prahran Market, Chapel Street, Woolies, Coles, and the train station. The room was spacious, quiet, and having a kitchenette in the room was a huge bonus for our stay.
