Loved this place. Everything was smart, beautifully presented and staff were super friendly. Room service meal ordered was delicious. It was extremely cold in Orange when we arrived, but the room was cozy and warm. Bathroom was luxurious. Breakfast in the restaurant was exceptional and the staff member in there was extra friendly and helpful. Couldn't fault our stay.

What a great family run business. Mark and the family were so helpful and the place was so neat and tidy. The live music on the Sat night was a treat. Great for a fun loving couple or with friends. Obviously it is budget accommodation but certainly exceeds expectations in that category. The beds were so comfy - my friend and I both wanted to steal the pillows. Mark opened the bar for us early too so we could have a sneaky beverage before we went touring Orange - they went ABOVE and beyond.
