Palm Valley catered to 1 parent and 5 kids and elderly person. Bathrooms are clean and big showers easy for the kids . Beds are clean and so comfortable! The aircon is strong nice and cold. Microwave kettle mini fridge made our 4day 3night stay very convenient for coffees and baby bottles. Kids loved the pool clean and refreshing after a long day. Staff are friendly house keeping are very friendly. Towels are nice and thick & fluffy. We greatly enjoyed our stay at PVM we will be back next year for our annual church camp .

Enjoyed parklands & wetlands nearby!

Enjoyed parklands & wetlands nearby! Good central area for lower Hunter valley. Train station very close to motel to travel into Newcastle & Maitland & upper Hunter. Very close to Expressway entry & the new section coming soon just to the east with new Hunter river bridge!

It was absolutely perfect for what I was looking for as I was travelling, I arrived very late and left early. The communication was fantastic and directions as how to get into the room perfect. I was very impressed with how clean and new the room was.

Location suited us well en route to Sydney.

Location suited us well en route to Sydney. Close to the highway for an early departure. The room had been refurbished and was clean and airy. Off street parking outside the door was convenient. Reception staff were courteous and helpful. It is not far from the Hexham Bowling Club where we enjoyed a very pleasant evening meal.

Teh hotel was generally good.

Teh hotel was generally good. However, although there was a microwave provided there were no utensils provided. The only utensils were two cups, two glasses and two tea spoons ie no plates or cuttlery.
