Everything was spotless, the cabin, the pool, the grounds. It was one of the cheapest places but after staying for two days I would have paid double. Really nice people, quiet and it'll be my number one choice next time.

We’ve stayed here a few times and this room was by far their best room. Modern, clean bathroom, a comfy bed, updated fridge which kept our stuff super cold! The split system has been updated and kept the room cool and a smart tv. I’ll be requesting this room from now on!

lovely walking trail along kay street and toward morwell.

lovely walking trail along kay street and toward morwell. Shops easy to get too with a lot of variety and easy parking. Can get busy when major sporting event on. Indoor pool facilities are fantastic. LOts of good spots to eat - pubs, RSL is great, good sushi bar in town, ripper gluten free fish and chips day trips to the mountains behind and hills - places such as noojee with old rail bridge (full day trip from here), walhalla ghost town (full day trip); can look at the power stations from outside only to see coal generated - view open cut from above on hill. visit to Yallourn north to learn history of the area and about the actual town of yallourn which has been dug up for coal

A rural city with a close relationship to lignite-powered electricity generation. If it weren't for towns like Traralgon, this country would still be in the 19th century. The power stations are very interesting and informative to visit and show you how cohesive the local community is. It makes you proud to be Australian.

Traralgon has a huge sprawling shopping precinct, and Traralgon Central Plaza and an incredible amount of dining options. It is essential for rural access to specialist clinics and services. A Gateway to East Gippsland with a variety of places to suit most travellers, be it Sea, Mountains, gardens, walking, sailing or shopping. I am glad l drive a station wagon cos she was chock full on the way home and l reckon l did about 10% of the shops available. Christmas shopping a breeze!

The Gippsland Performing Arts Centre and Latrobe Visitor...

The Gippsland Performing Arts Centre and Latrobe Visitor Information Centre are excellent - in a large modern open space building with a cafe. Stellina (Italian) is a classy restaurant in a lovely setting and there are many restaurants and something for everyone. For a day trip the Gippsland Plains Scenic Drive is very pleasant (the rail trail is good too). There is plenty of parkland to enjoy a walk. The retail precinct is quite large and the town is large enough to have most of what you may need.

Traralgon is a beautiful little town.

Traralgon is a beautiful little town. It is only 45 - 50 mins to Tarra-Bulga National Park & Waterfall. 40 -50 mins to Gippsland Art Gallery in Sale. It is also close to Walhalla. Overall experience was very relaxing and I will definitely come back and spend more time in this region.

It's a pretty town during the day.

It's a pretty town during the day. It's questionable at night. The locals are interesting. You can tell who's not from Traralgon. It's a great place for a one night stop over of travelling through.

I was travelling for business and was recommended Century Inn by a local. I was given a room upgrade on arrival, which was lovely. The room was very large and comfortable. The location was just out of Morwell and Traralgon, but this wasn't an issue. The bed was comfortable, and other than the spa bath being out of action, I had no complaints.
