Fantastic place, at night time on a clear day you can the entire milky way and then some. There is a river by the cabin which is just pristine. House is well equipped realy clean with all amenities and Martin and his partner were fantastic hosts. On the balcony there is a BBQ that is wonderful to use make sure if you’re looking to buy local produce ask Martin they have their own range of produces. This place simply a hidden gem in tasmania and 20 minutes away from Jacob’s ladder which is breathtaking. The family and I immensely enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend the place.

Snug but clean, cosy and warm. Had everything you would expect from a ski hut. Small wet area for boots just inside the door, proper heating, hanging space for jackets, lovely warm shower, comfy beds. Staff super friendly and helpful. Only downside was the weather. We were hoping for snow but got a lot of cold rain and wind instead. Couldn’t see a thing! Still an adventure to be on the mountain in wild weather.
