We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment #808 at a cost of $245 for the night last night Sat 13/4/24. We are extremely disappointed that there were unfinished repairs happening both inside and outside the apartment. The apartment was smelly (wet, mould smell) and cold with a draught coming from the open wall. We were not told in advance of any maintenance works and were not offered any compensation for this. The apartment was definitely not at the standard to be charging the full price with these incomplete works. I will be leaving a very negative review due to lack of communication and the fact that we were still charged the full price for our stay. Extremely disappointing.Guest review bySueAustralia - 8.0

I will stay here again. The counter staff was friendly because I was late that night (15 minutes short of check-in time) (I had emailed in advance) but the counter staff was still attentive without any bad looks.
