I was born and bred in Sydney I love this city, escpecially coming home from Overseas. if come in over Sydney Harbour , it is one of the most beautiful Harbours in the World, feeling of Peter Allens's song ring true. "Still call Austrlia Home" well Sydney is my Home Town" . So many things to do and see, friendly people, all visitors have to do is ask for help, politely of course! There are affordable places to go and things to do. Many things are free, like walking through the Botannical Gardens, along the foreshore , steps of the Opera House. Moslty are sky is Blue,

It wasn't made clear enough by the hotel how we went about paying our parking which prepaid for through but then we were told by hotel it hadn't been paid for when we tried to collect our car. Needs to be improved (communication re parking).

Sydney offers anything to everyone. great beaches surround the city. Fantastic and many varied menus at restaurants, cafes, and pubs/clubs, nightlife, opera, ballet, art galleries, museums, ferry rides around the beautiful harbour, good transport system, many taxis/ubers, parks, gardens, an amusement park, and special events at different times of the year.

This is a lovely central hotel but has currently in February 2024 under going some major renovations. This occurs mid week so okay on the weekend. Rooms will in time get a soft refurbishment possibly as the bathroom needed a bit of a lift. Fan in bathroom did not work but this didn't stop us enjoying our stay. Breakfast was a large buffet style which was well stocked for all taste buds.

Sydney is a beautiful city. I will surely go back again. The fish market deserves a visit. I could hardly find steakhouses with acceptable prices. I also found Sydney as a very expensive city.

Sydney is a very busy city however there are plenty of opportunities to get away from the traffic. Walking around Sydney allows you to discover the historic buildings hidden among the modern skyscrapers, many of the buildings have been tastefully restored and re used.

Very good value for the money and in an excellent location to explore the city. Its a short walk from the Central train station, which itself is a straight shot from the airport. Restaurants and shops are an easy walk from the front door of the hotel, both in Surry Hills and Haymarket, and the slightly more athletic (the hotel is at the bottom of a hill!) can walk to Oxford St., Darlinghurst, the CBD and the Sydney Cricket Grounds. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

This hotel is extremely well-located - close to the new light rail system and the train system (for the airport), shops, restaurants, the Royal Botanical Garden, the excellent art gallery, etc. - and just two light rail stops to Circular Quay (for the Opera House and the Rocks). It's a heritage hotel, and has so much more character than most modern hotels. We were also pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was, given its CBD location. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Lovely staffs! Couldn't be a better experience! Best customer service you could get in CBD hotels. I've been to backpackers to high end hotels, but staff wise, this place was 5star! Every staff was helpful. Jandro and Pear were helpful and seem to remember every customers! (And all the other staffs were so helpful, extremely friendly!!!)We had such a pleasant time throughout all the stay, thanks to them!:) We got a surprising complimentary breakfast as well.

We couldn't find the damn place. The address you sent us was a private dwelling with no keypad access. You don't include your supposed 24/7 customer service number on your texts. We had hundreds of dollars of Christmas food going off in the sun and had to wander around Maroubra on a Friday afternoon trying to find a place to stay. Demand a refund. Oh, and the contact number for the place did not work.

Cute boutique hotel with a stunning rooftop bar, lounge and workspace. This was one of the only hotels that acknowledged our honeymoon with a little note and complimentary sparkling wine upon arrival. This was a lovely touch and surprise, especially on our first night of the trip! They kindly accommodated early check in which was greatly appreciated :) Good location in the CBD!

We were just in Sydney for one night, flying out the next day. So we found a hotel close to the airport. The proximity to the airport was the primary factor in deciding to stay there. We didn't make use of any of the onsite facilities so I can't give any ratings about them. The bed was very comfy and the main part of the room was a good size. Room was very clean as well.

Nicely run big hostel right across the street from Central Station. Only 15 min by train to the airport and can walk to Sydney Harbour and other attractions. We had a private room with bunk beds, which was nice and clean. There are shared bathrooms on the floor. Large kitchen and dining area on another level. Lots of events organized by the hostel (ie free pizza, beach tour).

Location right near domestic airport is reason we use it. Have done so several times & will do so again. It has a fast & reliable airport SHUTTLE, the reason why I selected this hotel originally. Having a good shuttle is my number one NEED, especially in these times of RAIL STRIKES & Taxis getting harder to locate at Central & UBERS even harder to contact .

Great value hotel close to the airport, perfect for late arrival into Sydney and early departure the next morning. Rooms was comfortable and clean. Also love the shuttle service (extra fee) to the airport - if you didn’t have bags it’s an easy 10 min walk to domestic but dragging suitcases it’s a pain.

I have stayed in a few Sydney airport hotels but this one was very good. Transfers were well organised in and out of airport. It was comfortable and all. The thing about airport hotels I was not even there for 12 hours so hard to rate all facilities but what I experienced was good.

Close proximity to ICC & Darling Harbour restaurants was a plus and 20 minute walk to shopping in the city precinct also a bonus. Access to the light rail made getting to & from the hotel to the airport convenient especially with tap & go.

It's your standard rooms-above-a-pub affair. We didn't know anything about the area but slim pickings for hotels on new years eve and we ended up here with no complaints. It was easy enough to get to the CBD or elsewhere.
