Delightful boutique hotel with extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff (shout out to Gabe!). We particularly enjoyed the onsite amenities - there are two incredible cafes onsite, and it is very special to be able to go to arthouse screenings in the onsite theatre. Would definitely stay here again next time I am in Sydney!

What Guests Said About Sydney:

Pressure to drive in Sydney especially in city central.

Pressure to drive in Sydney especially in city central. The road is narrow, changing of lane and some driver are im-patience. Road and road, lane to lane are too close, and turn to wrong road is normal unless familiar with the area. Sydney has lot of tunnel and underpass, all with sur-charge and very expensive. Hard to find parking especially in central, some more, parking is very expensive in here.

Sydney is a metropolis.

Sydney is a metropolis. A true member of the great international cities. The CBD is vibrant and full of people with little indication of anything threatening. There were some rough sleepers, just like any big city, but that didn't deter us exploring. The shopping is amazing, the restaurants are crazy good and the harbour is beautiful. Beaches are lovely. Public transport is efficient and safe. Check out Lee's Dumplings in China Town - stunning home made dumplings.

China town and Paddys market are definitely the highlights for us, great oriental food, Asian supermarket for interested cooks and the new eating section with bars, bakeries and music was terrific. Disappointed that there were no pubs opened in the Rocks area over Christmas when there were thousands of tourists looking for somewhere to eat and go.

Great place to visit, so much to see and do.

Great place to visit, so much to see and do. A couple of days not long enough. The one disappointment was the Captain Cook Long Lunch Cruise, I should have just gone on a different one which actually gives you a commentary while cruising around the Harbour. Lunch was nice but I'm sure a local cafe would have been a better choice and then go on a shorter more informative cruise, value for money wise.

Loved my week in Sydney.

Loved my week in Sydney. Its place on the harbor makes it a wonderful place to be out of doors and enjoy the natural beauty of Australia. The local attractions including the Royal Botanic Gardens, Opera House, Art Gallery of New South Wales, ANZAC memorial, and Taronga Zoo, also give you a chance to get to know more about the city and the country. There are great restaurants (highly recommend the Spice Room on Pitt Street), cafes, and coffee shops and Pitt Street offer shopping from basic to lux.

Clean, modern room and flexible bedding options, depending on the group. Great location to access Sydney Airport. Slightly further in distance than some other hotels, but much easier to get to the airport, because it’s near Mascot train station (one stop). Also easy to access Sydney CBD by train in 10 minutes (2 stops to Central). Staff were friendly and price was reasonable.
