The staffs are very accommodating; they wouldn't let you wait in the queue. They smile all the time and they are very approachable. The room I got is very spacious; a comfy bed and nice shower. They also give complimentary new toiletries everyday even though you haven't use the 1st one, i.e. the bar soaps and lotions. Location is 10/10; it is near to everything -- the Westfield Mall, restaurants, bar and pubs, metro station and bus stops. I will definitely book again in The Grace Hotel when I come back to Sydney :>

Went on captain cook cruise . I enjoyed the food very much it wasn’t my husbands cup of tea. We had a great shopping experience in budget friendly paddy’s market & Queen Victoria quarter not so budget friendly that was stunning. Also got on hop on hop off bus that was a good experience worth doing. Note we weren’t allowed in museum with a very small suitcase which was disappointing .

Met with family who live in Australia for a few short days at the end of a cruise. Gave me chance to see Granddaughters and Daughter. Sydney is a vibrant city very family friendly and full of things to do from the history, the Zoo, Luna Park and surrounding blue mountains along with major shopping centers everyone is catered for. Restaurants range from good old fashioned pubs to fine dining including fast food in all varietys. Two of my favorites are the Scillian in the Rocks and the Snake Bite Thai at the Rocks - easily accessible (<10 mins walk from hotel) along with the cafes on Circular Key for brunch and coffee. Buy and Opal card when you get there and keep it topped up for easy transportation across the city on Train, Tram and Ferry very easy to use and well run and clean and safe

This hotel is extremely well-located - close to the new light rail system and the train system (for the airport), shops, restaurants, the Royal Botanical Garden, the excellent art gallery, etc. - and just two light rail stops to Circular Quay (for the Opera House and the Rocks). It's a heritage hotel, and has so much more character than most modern hotels. We were also pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was, given its CBD location. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
