Alice at Reception was so lovely, helpful and knowledgeable person who is clearly meant for this business. The room was lovely with the extra bonus of having ringside seats to the fireworks! Food was really good, and breakfast was especially nice. Overall, the whole experience was excellent, and staff was really friendly and knew their stuff. A nod to housekeeping as the room was spotless. Will be back.

I loved Sydney. From the City to the beaches. There was a lot to see and do. The best thing was the number of little eateries on almost every block. The Transit system was also amazing. so easy to use and get around.
for anyone visiting I will stay that if you're planning on walking. there are a lot of hills, and you will get your steps in! Bring a light jacket and umbrella in case of rain or windy weather.

Public transport, trains, and ferries made life easy.
Public transport, trains, and ferries made life easy. The cist was clean and appeared safe. The food, especially the gluten-free options was amazing. Gluten-free bread in Australia is better than any I've had on the planet so far.
The Hop-on-Hop-off tours were a great place to get the lay of the land and then visit the most interesting things. The Opera House and the Circular Quay area were fun, and the botanical gardens were beautiful. I wish we'd spent more time in the Bondi beach area, and it was beautiful and the food there was very enticing.
We wish we had 90 days or more to spend in Australia - it's the size of the U.S. with only a handful of cities, but they are all a LONG way from each other. I do not regret starting with Sydney though - it was a wonderful place to travel.

Pricing of Food & drinks at Olympic stadium is woeful, very overpriced for what it is & gouging when an event is on.
Travelling by car is so expensive due to the overpriced road tolls.
More readily available info about the public transport to from the stadium would also be helpful.

Excellent location - short & easy walking distance to Darling Harbour / ferry wharf & Crown Barangaroo, within moderate walking distance to Circular Quay & Opera House via Observatory Hill Park or Argyle Street, close to CBD shopping. While contact with staff was limited they were helpful and obliging. The expressway above the building did not present any noise issues for us.
Beautiful hotel very luxurious, amazing harbour views. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we have ever been to. I have stayed at many hotels in Sydney CBD this is top 1 or 2 overall we will stay again.
This hotel has a great location in the CBD only a few minutes walk from the Mall. The rooms are small but serviceable and the beds are comfortable. It is one of the best value hotels in central Sydney.
