Sydney is my favourite weekend getaway destination.
Sydney is my favourite weekend getaway destination. There is so much to see and do, and great restaurants to try out. Each time I come I aim to go to a different area and experience the different cultures Sydney has to offer. I tend to spend time around Circular Quay, The Rocks and often head to Manly on the ferry for a day of relaxation.

There are numerous, really good sightseeing places! I had the chance to visit only a few of them! I didn't find it much family friendly for people with kids under two (or disabled members)! there were less ramps and baby change facilities than what is expected from a tourist attaction spot!

Easy to walk to everything or public transport very accessible and simple to use. Volunteers on the street at Circular Quay to offer advise and maps. Great mixture of historic, architectural and cultural sights to visit. The Rocks has a marvellous museum called Susanah Place, fascinating. The best $28 you can spend is going on a tour of the State Theatre. The most beautiful building, art work, antiques and toilets, yes I said toilets, you'll ever see. All of that and the amusing and informative commentary of the tour guide. Lots to do, but one of the best things to do is follow your nose, get lost and then sit in a cafe and people watch. Fantastic entertainment.

Thanks to Alex and John for being nice to us. The place is value for money. It is a good location. 2 train stations away to the CBD. What I like is the character of this hotel with its old stuff. The lift is the old lift with railing and wooden door. It is working properly. Our room had a working induction cooker, complete cooking utensils. You can always ask the reception if you need something. The reception is working like an office hours. So better ask them within these hours if you need something.
Hotel is a nice combination of old and new decor, classy. Staff are friendly and attentive, always ready to help. In a good central location within CBD, lots of activities close by and quality restaurants in vicinity. Breakfast until 11am which I liked as I'm not a "morning" person (some hotels I've stayed in previously stopped breakfast at 9:30am forcing an early rise and rushed shower etc to make it in time to eat). I'm a wheelchair user, "easy access" room was spacious and well designed.
I stayed at this airport hotel as all the hotels in central Sydney were outrageously priced. Easy walking distance from the domestic airport with great rooms and spectacular views from the bar on the top floor. Mascot train station is a 15 minute walk away and we used Sydney's much improved public transport system every day. Rooms cleaned every second day but staff happy to provide tea bags or whatever is needed in between. Secure fast Wifi which was good. Would definitely stay here again.
Awesome hotel near CBD. it's clean and run by a Mgr called Donna. it's very clean.
near to opera house & CBD & circular quay. A nice breakfast will be provided, at least you can manage till 4 pm, without eating anything. Apart from the hotel, I like the coffee machine. I have also recommended to my office people to book this hotel when they attend Sydney. its very near to everything.
The location was pretty central only a few minute walk from the station and a another few more minutes to the main shopping areas
Very spacious for CBD hotels
