Full credit to your interior designers. I enjoyed those lovely touches of thoughtful design in every part of the room. To me these things are the most important part of staying in a hotel. Thank you also for the small touches of additional luxury - the slippers, shampoos, teas etc.

Located in a historic 19th-Century building in Circular Quay, near The Rocks, the 5-star InterContinental Hotel overlooks the iconic Sydney Opera House and Harbor Bridge. Beautiful hotel. Close to the harbour. Great view from my room.
Rooms were clean, however, i didnt expect that the room is smaller than i thought. Pictures are misleading =)... but it's ok.The 3 of us fits ourselves in anyway.Bedsheets are neat and comfy, location is great it's just in the heart if the city. Very convenient to walk around. It's a good choice.. Thumbs up Sydney hotel CBD.
What a great place to stay. We had dinner in china town which was wonderful. We caught the train to Circula Quay and walked around enjoying the entertainment and Street foods. Darling Harbour was next then the Ferry back to Circula Quay , the ferry over to Loona Park. Just wonderful. The views from our room at the North Sydney Harbourview hotel was spectacular .
Phenomenal city, friendly, helpful, nice people, beautiful harbor, amazing public transportation, limitless things to do and see. We stayed in The Rocks, which has character, history, is fun, and close to everything you would want to see, including the opera house, harbor bridge, botanical gardens, Hyde Park, ANZAC memorial, Darling Harbour, Circular Quay.....We walked for miles each day, rode the ferries to Manly and Bondi Beach, did the Coogie to Bondi coastal walk, went to museums and historical sites, sailed on a tall ship, took the opera house tour. The Opera House itself is stunning and the story behind it is amazing. The Rusell Hotel opened in the late 1800s and has so much charm and character, including an expansive reading room with balcony and a rooftop garden and sitting area that is perfect for relaxing at the end of a long day of exploring. Phenomenal coffee shops and bakeries everywhere.
We did hotel hopping so started at the InterContinental Hotel in Double Bay which was outstanding - so new and classy! Then we moved to the Holiday Inn in Darling Harbour which was a good location for Chinatown, Paddy's Market & Darling Harbour. Then we moved to Seasons Harbour Plaza in Darling Harbour which was a great location to Darling Harbour and Sydney Tower & Queen Victoria Building for fantastic shopping (but sadly the airconditioning didn't work in our room and had to resort to an electric fan so would definitely think twice whether to go there again) and lastly once the city stuff was done we moved over to Coogee Beach for a wonderful last night at the Crowne Plaza! A great location to unwind - would recommend not being there on a weekend though as was crowded on Valentines Day but great on the Monday as everyone back at work! The Zoo is fantastic for all ages & going on the Eco Hopper Ferry including Zoo Entry & Harbour Sightseeing was brilliant! You begin the zoo with a great Gondola ride and the backdrop once walking through the zoo is the Opera House & Harbour Bridge! The Stockroom Restaurant at the InterContinental Hotel in Double Bay has delicious food! The lunchtime buffet at the 180 degrees Restaurant at Sydney Tower was fantastic - both the food and the view! Shopping is always fun - especially at the Queen Victoria Building stores and also at Paddy's Market! The Opal card is a great service - just have to remember to tap on and tap off to make it work! Would avoid travelling into and out of the Sydney CBD during peak traffic.
Taking the Manly Ferry is a great way to combine a harbour cruise with a visit to beautiful Manly Beach and to have a seaside lunch. Great views can be found by climbing the pylon of Harbour bridge and by having an expensive but delicious dinner at Altitude, the restaurant in the Sang-ri-la Hotel. The restaurant is higher than the bridge so the views of the bridge and the Opera House and the outlying green areas around Sydney are stellar. A wonderful walk from the opera house to the historical center city can be taken through the botanic gardens. Another great view is at the Harbourview Hotel's restaurant. The food is delicious, too. We found the Hop On Hop Off Bus and the train to be very convenient for getting around efficiently. The hotel concierge can sell HOHO tickets to seniors at a discount, but the bus driver will have to charge full price--unless you have an Australian ID. We were in Sydney for Australia Day so it was very crowded but extremely fun! There were boat races, decorated boats, and decorated people.
Such an amazing hotel Great location Staff are so kind and lovely The rooms were nice and clean They offer a pillow & bath menu where you can choose a specific type of pillow to sleep on whether you have neck problems or pregnant The pool & bar area is amazing there’s always music playing & sun beds everywhere It is located in Darling Harbour so when you go for a walk during the night time the hotel really outshines all the other hotels surrounded
The suites are very comfortable and big (compared to what you’ll get in CBD). Also comes with a well equipped kitchen (pots, pans, dishwasher, microwave) and a washer & dryer. It isn’t in CBD but the train station is a 2-3 min walk away and goes straight to the main stops (Circular Quay, Darling Harbour, Airport). Nearby there are cafes and a huge supermarket, which is really convenient. The rooms are clean and everyone at the hotel were very helpful.
Everything you need and nothing you don't. Parking $20 per night reasonable for syd airport, and you can leave it there 7 nights. New bathroom very nice and practical, and pillow choices in room. Free electronic scales to weigh your luggage in reception which I haven't seen anywhere else ever, even in 5 star hotels. Shuttle to airport starts at 5 am and I was checking in by 5.15 am (shuttle tickets at reception for $6.)
A good location to get access to Sydney CBD, Botanic Garden, and habour within 20 mins walk. And only 5 min walk to Kings Cross station, with some lovely little restaurants like Chinese and Thai nearby, cheap and yum. I think price, location and free Brekky are the reasons for this hotel to be a choice. Receptionist helps a lot with getting around, and they have free map and more information in the room.
Co-located and sharing services with the Novotel and Pullman Hotels at Sydney Olympic Park, this Ibis Hotel is directly across the road from the stadiums. Parking is expensive but comparable with other sites in Sydney. The parking guys did an amazing job fitting in so many cars the night we were there (for a Pink concert). The rooms are clean, comfortable and well set up for short stays.
You have a gentleman that greets you out the front, his name is Tahir, he wears a number of coloured suits. He was very friendly, happy and very welcoming! He is a credit to your establishment, it’s an great change of pace from the very formal greetings you usually get with other hotels. Also the hotel is great, with great facilities. It’s close by to everything.
The property was delightfully located on Potts Point. There were plenty of restaurants and grocery/bottle shops in the area. We enjoyed our daily walk around the neighborhood and found the walk downtown to be easy and enjoyable. From our 5th floor room we had a beautiful view of the CBD and part of the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
Being in the CBD and short walk to bus and a great train station. I particularly like the hassle free and quick commute to the airport by direct train service. I was concerned about shared bathroom but once I got used to it in just one day, I actually found it great as it was always available and clean.
The property was very accessible to the whole Sydney CBD, not to mention it is a minute walk to the Museum Station which has direct airportlink. The price is a bit expensive but given the accessibility and comfort, I would still recommend it. Free continental breakfast was also great!
Superb location just next to the shopping centres, park and harbour which is ideal if staying in the city centre. Staff where really friendly and happy to help, room was good value especially during the festive period in comparison to some other hotels
Just 3 stops away from Sydney international airport through Green Line. New and clean hotel. I love the room and the free bread breakfast and overflowing coffee. Thank you Bupeesh for lending me an outlet adaptor! You guys deserve 5 star from me! 😄
Location was central to the motorway back to airport. Train station, coles, bus, bws, post office, pharmacy, maccas etc 200m away at the forum. Apartment was pricey but spacious. Loved the washing machine. Staff very professional and friendly.
The convenient location. We had to stay a night in Sydney, and the hotel was well located. It’s right next to the international airport and 10 mins approx away from the domestic airport and it has a couple of restaurants within the area
The hotel was very pleasant, clean, nicely decorated, very comfortable. The location is great if you want to be located next to Chinatown and is only a short stroll to Darling Harbour and the Sydney CBD.
The location is good. However beware, much of the CBD area is affected by light-railway work for the foreseeable future. It creates noise, dust and restricted access for many hotels along the route.
I have stayed in the CBD quite frequently and this is one of the better hotels. It is in a central location, close to Central station and only a short walk to George Street, QVB and Darling Harbour.
Perfect stay!! Amazing view to Darling harbour, very comfortable bed, very helpful and professional staff, a plus since I did not get the same service from staff in other hotels in Australia
I loved the location being such a short stroll to Sydney CBD for shopping. I also have a soft spot for retro styled hotels that make me feel like I have stepped back in time.
Close to Sydney CBD , easy to walk to Darling Harbour and other attractions
Location cleanliness breakfast all are fantastic
