Bev and Toby are very, professional and extremely helpful. The place is spacious. Plenty of water pressure on hot showers. Bev was very quick to reply on our phone calls. Wifi and Netflix are great.

The staff were so attentive. I was told how to get in after hours on arrival which I didn't even think to ask myself, and would've needed and another told me about the underpass to cross the road safely. The food was outstanding in the restaurant and the service to the lady that recommended what I should drink with my meal when I asked.

The location is excellent, as arriving from the North, we did not have to cross the city, we could leave the car at the hotel for $5 for a day and travel by train to the city and come back. The train station is a 5-minute walk, it is convenient.

I was surprised at how clean and equiped this hotel was. The check in was friendly and it was a comfortable bed.

Even if the place is a little bit outside the center of Sydney it's a great place to stay. Super friendly staff and very helpful. We could use the laundry machine and you are able to use all the nearby university facilities... Like gym and others... Also very close to a great mall with plenty of food shops and even a cinema. Great place to stay and I would definitely come back again.

Very clean and tidy close to where we needed to be for an event

It is perfectly located near the Macquarie University Hospital and the Macquarie Shopping Centre. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the evening meals are fabulous. Very comfortable and well sized room.

Comfortable room, with everything I needed. The shopping centre was just across the road. Helpful and friendly staff. I even added an extra night to relax before the next step of my journey.

Fantastic value for money. Comfy big room, shared shower and toilet but amazing for the price. Ate at the hotel on a 2 for 1 main meal deal and food was delicious. Owner/manager was super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended. Thank you
