Our stay was extremely disappointing, particularly regarding accessibility. I have significant mobility difficulties and am 65 years old. We stayed in Room 216, and having only one conveniently accessible lift meant a very long and difficult walk. I was also concerned about emergency evacuation, particularly as our windows could not be opened.
Access to the restaurant and adjoining gardens was unsuitable for people with limited mobility or wheelchairs, with steps and a large, heavy door.
Breakfast was very disappointing. There were no fresh juices, the scrambled eggs were dry and rubbery on both mornings, the sausages were unpleasant, and the bacon was cold and excessively fatty. The fresh fruit was the only food we enjoyed.
The minibar was extremely expensive. There was no microwave or toilet brush, and only one sachet of poor-quality coffee.
We looked forward to the pool and spa, but both were cold. We could not find proper changing rooms, so my 22-year-old daughter had to stand in front of me for privacy while I changed in a corner near the towels. This was unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. The gym also had extremely limited equipment.
One positive was the bed in Room 216, which was large and extremely comfortable. Unfortunately, a comfortable bed alone did not justify approximately $500 for our stay.
Based on our experience, we would not stay again or recommend the hotel. I particularly hope management takes the accessibility issues seriously.

We have rebooked for our return in Oct,we will be flying in from NZ. Our son & daughter in law live around the corner so its p erfect. We will get to do some sightseeing then we will be there for 3days

Werribee is a great area to stop for a short stay or during a trip through Melbourne with an abundance of family activities, great restaurants/ food experiences and many great parks for families and children to enjoy.
We loved the Werribee Zoo, my kids especially enjoyed the Rose Gardens however it best to have your own transport for a better travel experience but I did see plenty of public transport around the Werribee area.

Only there 1 evening after spending day at Werribee zoo... would have liked to have stayed longer - we got take away from Hecho Mexico - didnt rate it - but so tired from long day at zoo...there seemed to be some amazing places to dine in

Melbourne water wetlands self drive - excellent.
Melbourne water wetlands self drive - excellent. Werribee Historic Mansion, rose gardens, lake and grounds, historic workers huts, and info - outstanding. Spent an entire day there without it having been on our original itinerary! Zoo and wineries adjacent, but didn't have time to visit.

I have to say that the location of the property suited us...
I have to say that the location of the property suited us well but I also need to emphasise that it is the MOST UNCLEANED property I have ever stayed in, in my 75 years on this earth.

The instructions provided to the wifi password were incorrect. We located the password on the base of the router. We needed to reboot the wifi to get it to work but it still did not enable us to reach some of our programmes.

Now THIS is how you do a motel - superb friendly customer service from reception, very helpful and a true local. Room is spacious, exceptionally clean (how do they get the shower so spotless?) has everything you need. Bathroom is fully-functional and well positioned. Great hot water pressure. Cooked full English breakfast delivered to your room is excellent and wonderfully old-school (toast rather than awful sourdough!) Why, oh, why , can't inner city motels/ hotels reach these standards?

Excellent spacious rooms, clean rooms, very extremely dedicated staff from reception to staff cleaning rooms, to breakfast service staffs. They are all highly rated in efficiency, and friendliness! Location of hotel is excellent too. Safe area. Bed is vvv comfortable, big and sleeps well in it even though I'm a light sleeper!

This is a great big house - easily accommodates 8. Close to Werribee Zoo and some fantastic local eating.
4 sets of double beds or bigger.
Couch was comfy, dinning table seats 6.

The house was spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was convenient for getting to attractions like the zoo and to the local shops. It has aircon in the living room and Netflix on the tv.
