The room was spacious and clean. The hotel staff was really kind and helpful. Breakfast was tasty, we had enough to choose from.

Fantastic place, clean, modern, comfortable large room with access directly onto the pool. The breakfast was excellent and I would like to say a big thank to Vjeran who was incredibly welcoming, professional and hard working.

I truly recommend this hotel for everyone. Breakfast was a buffet and exceptional with a wide variety. The fruits and vegetables were fresh and the rolls were delicious. There were several kinds of sandwich meat, yoghurt, sandwich spreads, cookies, bread... Our room was spacious and comfortable. We had a lovely view as well. Even without the room card in its slot, the A/C stayed on. This was especially nice to walk back into the room from 35 degrees. My children loved the playground. The staff was very helpful. The cook made sure we had enough eggs. The cleaning lady was very attentive and kind. My children really liked her. There is also free parking. This was a 10/10 for me and my family.

Our Lady gave her first messages to the people of Medugorje how to treat future piilgrims. We came there looking for some spiritual and physical rest and we found it here.This family-runed hotel follows her instructions completelly. We felt welcommed, warm, comfortable, peaceful, secure, reslaxed. I truly recommend this hotel. Host are helpful, warm- herated, easy-going but professional at the same time. WE WILL COME BACK.

We stayed at this hotel for one night and had a wonderful experience. The host was extremely kind, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. Frankoni’s is not just a hotel… Frankoni is a family who’s love and hospitality I can’t even describe in words♥️ The moment you arrive you are welcomed by the beautiful Anita, who’s incredible service didn’t just start on arrival but days before, advising us ahead of time on everything we needed to know and prepare for our trip. Throughout our stay, Anita went above and beyond to ensure we are well taken care of and was super responsive anytime we reached out. Location is PRIME!!! Literally on the Main Street of Medjugorje Town, steps away from St James Church and souvenir stores/restaurants/cafes. VERY clean and super spacious room/bathroom, stunning balcony view to Church… & waking up to It’s bells was the best way to start the day! Breakfast was so lovely & airport shuttle was arranged hassle-free!! This was my family’s second time visiting Medjugorje and God couldn’t have blessed us with a better hotel to lay our heads, where His love lives vividly in the beautiful Frankoni family and their wonderful hotel!! May God bless them abundantly for their heartfelt service and for being a huge blessing to their guests!! Will back very soon in God’s Will, thank you for everything Hotel Frankoni!!

The hotel is very close to the church, it's in the city center. The views are beautiful and the street was very quiet. But the best part of the hotel were people working there.. I stayed in the best hotels around the world ( Hilton, Kempinski, Marriot...) but this hotel had the best service ever , they truly care about you not as their guest but as a human. Whatever happened, they would find a solution and help. The breakfast was rich with different options and local dishes. If there was something specific you needed, they would get it for you. Very positive, welcoming staff and owner with a bih open hearts. Thank you for everything, and we will be back !

From the beginning the staff was very helpful and polite (aways worrying if you need something and if the stay is pleasant). The room is simple but very nice and super clean. The breakfast is simple but delicious! Medjugore is really unlike any other place on earth and this hotel improves the experience.
