New facility, everything is built with highest standards. Room are exceptional, comfortable and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Variety of therapeutic services available as well, since the hotel is part of medical organization.

The place is excellent and the hosting is perfect.

Close to the centre, clean spacious rooms, AC works fine, bathroom clean and spacious. Amazingly good breakfast with excellent coffee. Plenty of parking spots - some outside the reception, some around the back but all looked safe. Rooms that face the main road (see picture) will be noisy if you leave the window open so if you like sleeping with an open window ask for a room facing the back. FOr the money and convenience I'd stay again

A lovely place to stay, relax and enjoy. It’s quite close to the town centre and everything is with in walkable distance. Parking, breakfast, staff members were very polite, courteous and friendly.

I loved this hotel for my one-night stay in Banja Luka. It was perfectly located halfway between the bus station and city centre, meaning walking to both was convenient. The room was clean, spacious and quiet, and although the owners don't speak too much English, they're very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was nice, and there's a nice little pizzeria-cafe nearby which served me well for dinner. Thanks for a great stay in Banja Luka!

First impression is professionalism of the staff. The room was comfortable. The Zepter Palace café has an excellent selection of dishes and outstanding coffee! The hotel is currently undergoing expansion, and will soon radiate the recognizable Zepter brilliance.

Location is great, in the heart of Banja Luka. Staff is so kind. I love it, we Will Come again.

The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. The rooms big and clean, good beds, the swimming pool was very clean and good enough size, saunas excellent. Breakfast was fresh and with enough options. Location is good, though you need a car or taxi to go to the center, but across 2 big shopping malls.

Amazing, very cheap for the quality of the room.

Definitely a good choice, a very nice room with balcony (and nice sunny day day after arrival), nice staff, good food in the restaurant in ground floor, and a good wifi. Two blocks from train (and I think also bus) station. Definitely a place I would like to return to.

Nothing not to like, rooms first class, food excellent, and the staff are brilliant they couldn’t be more helpful, they all spoke very good English, we would definitely stay there again. Excellent value for money.
