Modern, clean and spacious rooms (we had a deluxe double). Staff were helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. A genuine 4 star hotel. A convenient tram stop out front. Would definitely recommend it to others and will stay there again when we visit Sarajevo.

Incredible hospitality among the staff and Sanela provided superb service when we had any requests or questions. Also the adjacent restaurant had excellent breakfast and selection of other dishes and a very hospitable staff. Easily accessible public transport, there is a bus stop right outside and tram connections 300 meters away. The entire stay at Hotel Brkic was pleasant and can definitely recommend this hotel.
