Best Western plus Maya is located in central Dhaka. The hotel is very clean anddecorative simple but very modern,staff are very friendly and polite. The restaurant has international cuisine,the food is wonderful . We had a day tour with the hotel arranged private taxi around Dhaka city. It was great sightseeing and in comfort. It was just amazing to stay in Best Western plus Maya .

Breakfast was good. The rooms are very clean including the beds which I liked the most. The staff is very helpful and cooperating. Swimming pool on the roof top is excellent. I dined beside it with my friends, and the view of the city was great!

Room 507 was unclean and had a strong unpleasant smell.

Room 507 was unclean and had a strong unpleasant smell. The bed sheets were visibly dirty and appeared not to have been changed after the previous guest. At check-in, the receptionist took photos of my NID and claimed they were uploaded to their system; however, this explanation seemed questionable. When I checked out, I requested that my NID photos be deleted, and the staff member deleted them from a WhatsApp group, which raised serious privacy concerns. Although there were a few people on the property, I doubt they were genuine tourists.
