An amazing stay- the staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to help with anything I needed. They kindly kept my luggage for me while I traveled and still treated me like a paid guest when I came back to collect it. The facilities, e.g. the gym and sauna, were great, and I loved the breakfast- so many options to choose from. This was my third stay at Lakeshore Heights, and each time it just gets better! The rooms are very spacious and beautifully decorated. Sumptuous breakfast buffet - vast selection of local and international items to choose from. The team are incredibly courteous, friendly and helpful.
