A great walkable city.
A great walkable city. Lots of history on offer, and delicious snacks to enjoy as you wander. It feels very trapped in time; a picturesque snapshot of a medieval and renaissance city that's been revived economically through tourism.
Chez Albert and Frituur De Gentpoorte were our highlights for food, and bike and boat tours were our favourite activities.
Guesthouse Mirabel was our hotel of choice and we loved it!

Burges is a small city were you can walk around to all the attractions you want to see. The Historium museum was excellent, and the bar a great place to sit and watch people in the Grote market square. You must try the cherry beer 🍺 😉. The boat tour, Basilica of the Holy Blood, and Gruuthusemusem are a must see! All are excellent!

Bruges is a magical city. I loved the art and culture of Bruges, the medieval architecture and the picturesque canals. Cafe and restaurant food was excellent. Watching the swans floating down the canals at dusk when the tourist boats have gone was very special.

A wonderful city centre to stroll around; good restaurants with lovely food. Took time to visit one or two places in order to absorb the atmosphere therefore there is a need to return continue the stroll around. Visited at the end of August so it was not as busy as high-summer which made the stay more enjoyable.
This is a cute, cozy little hotel in the center of Bruges.
Its owner knows everything about the city and life in general! Listen to her stories full of love and understanding.
She prepared an omelette for tomorrow. I have never eaten more deliciously in my life. And she treated us to homemade jam.
This place is furnished and decorated with great taste.
I recommend everyone who wants to feel Bruges to stay at this hotel.
We stay at this hotel quite often, it is the best hotel in Bruges for sure and just to be sure, we have stayed in all of the other nice hotels in Bruges, but we now always come back to Hotel De Orangerie. Breakfast on the canal, perfect, wine in the lounge next to the fire, dreamy. The whole place is beautifully decorated, and the beds are very comfortable. It's right in the heart of the town, simply nowhere else to stay but here!
Having stayed at several hotels in Bruges the Casselburgh is by far the best, its location is ideal near to shops the main square and restaurants. The building is magnificent, the old part retaining historic architecture .The rooms in the old part are spacious and decorated to a very high standard. The breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of fare catering for all.
Every aspect of the Hotel Navarra exceeded our expectations, it is absolutely perfect in every way and is by far the cleanest hotel we have stayed in. We would not even look at another hotel if we were to visit Bruges again.
