Such a gorgeous hotel nestled in the middle of the Balkan Mountains. The room was clean and warm, as were all the other areas of the hotel. The hotel staff were so accommodating and friendly. The staff had very good English (not that they should have to in a Bulgarian hotel) which made communication very easy. The location of the hotel is stunning and the whole stay was cosy and charming. The restaurant attached to the hotel is excellent and the Ethnographic Village was lovely to wander around. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the region.

this is very nice family hotel near Gabrovo and Etr. room, small restaurant, breakfast, wifi - everything is just perfect. The family is taking care of its guests and very friendly. great that we found this location during our Bulgaria trip.
