Friendly hosts who said "no problem" every day. Delicious breakfasts to choose from. We were given a room for four people even though we were just two. We were able to check in late and even arrive at midnight from a show in Veliko Tarnovo, and there was no problem at all. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the entire property was very well-maintained.

Excellent location, very nice staff, very clean and spacious room. It is practically at the back of the open air ethnohraphic museum. The dishes at their restaurant are delicious and modestly priced, hotel guests get additional discount. Breakfast is simple, but good. Entrance tickets to the museum can be purchased at the hotel reception.

We really liked the location, the apartment and the staff.
