The staff were 10 out of 10! Friendly and helpful, ready to assist you with anything. The room we booked, the AC was too loud to sleep with and you can't sleep without it since it's too hot. We asked and they changed us to another room, which we were extremely thankful for. When there was heavy rain at breakfast they brought umbrellas for the guests to use to get back to their rooms. They made the stay exceptional. The breakfast was also very nice, a good selection of options. AC kept the room comfortable. The pool was a good option for a refreshing dip in the afternoon. But the thing that truly shines about this place are the people working here!

The hosts are ahhhmazing this is a little slice of heaven. I was so comfortable the moment I arrived and the property is delightful. Everything is so clean....with a traditional environment. Wished I could've stayed longer ♡ Obrigado Pousada Monjope.
