This is the best accommodation we had in Bahia. I just wrote a long detailed review but booking.com lost it while sending. In short: this place is answering to have great view, private beach access, close to town centre but away from over-tourism ja cost to local community and a nice hiking to Gamboa.

I know Morro de Sao Paulo quite well but I hadn't been back in over 10 years. I wanted a place close to the beach but not so near that I could hear the parties! So the hotel Patua do Morro provided me the perfect location. A short walk to all the amenities of Morro but far enough for some peace and quiet. The breakfast was fabulous - so many choices. The hotel is very clean and the pool bar staff made amazing cocktails!
