Very comfortable hotel, great location, helpful staff, nice breakfast. An excellent tour guide, Amristrong, works out of the hotel, we really appreciated his help.

Close to the airport, good food for breakfast with adequate variety, clean room and bathroom, friendly staff. Highly recommend.

During our 3 day, 2 night trip to the Amazon, the hotel was kind enough to store our big suitcases so we could travel light

The location of the pool overlooking the Rio Negro is wonderful, great for sunsets, always warm for swimming. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Excellent breakfast, even gluten free options. Room was so clean and great views of the river negro. The Olympic tour office was a great help for arranging a trip up the Amazon and pink dolphins. Hotel felt very safe and secure. Couldn’t hear other guests in room above or next door. Very comfortable bed and pillows! My room was missing the sofa and had a weird extra washing area made of glass where the fridge and cupboards could have been placed. Great balcony views.

The pool was fab, Nice sunset over the pool, family room. Great, hot shower. Good and Varied breakfast. Small playroom by the reception desk. We only stayed a night, arrived after an overnight trip in the jungle and had a perfect pool day before our next flight.

We stayed twice at this hotel either side of an Amazon cruise with Lo Peix Jungle Adventures. Not only is it comfortable and convenient, being adjacent to a shopping centre meeting all needs including multiple food options, but the staff were just superb in their eagerness to make us feel welcome and valued. Special thanks to Michelle, reception, and Julius, our ‘go to’ man who seemed to be always there with assistance, advice and a smile. I wish I knew all staff names because all the restaurant and bar staff went above and beyond too in welcoming and caring for us, and housekeeping is absolutely spot on.

very good, room was clean, employees spoke english very well and were very nice, check in in the middle of the night was possible with no problems, breakfast possible for 52 BR, no mosquitoes in the room room is on the 8th floor with view over parts of the city

Great place, if you have any problem you can just go to reception and you will receive help. Room clean and A/C was decent. Also I like coffe on reception

Very comfortable and spacious room with all necessary amenities. Excelent choice for breakfast. Fantastic pool on the roof with beautiful view on Manaus. Extremely helpful staff, solved fast all our problems and helped with luggage.
